Staffs in general are very laidback without attention paid on the floor. Wait time has been long and nobody care to help other than asking me to sit and wait. This is not the same Apple customer service level as I have previously received.I went there to buy an AirPods Pro 2nd Gen. A girl told me no demo unit to try, therefore buy it and return in 14 days if I am not satisfied. This is a $400+ earphones with Apple Care+. Luckily 2 staffs are being helpful enough to take out an unit for me to try and I made the purchase.This location needs some serious staff training otherwise customers will be pushed away.

Asian girl was talking to her friends about her weekend hobbies instead of helping me. When she finally finished and asked what I needed she gave me attitude for asking a question and then gave me incorrect advice. Would hope apple has more dignity to fix this rather than just hiring anybody who walks in.Awful service and actually made me think of switching to a Samsung phone. I don’t care about how much you love tanning and playing badminton. Do your job.

I bought an IPhone from Apple at Markville mall a couple of weeks ago and I must say, the experience was great! Rushal a sales/ customer support member was an amazing help. He took his time to help me set up my new phone and was very patient with my never ending list of questions. I felt like he truly cared about my experience and made sure it was the best one he could give. I will definitely shop at this store again. Thank you Rushal!

Warning Apple products that I have owned for 6 months locked my content, and their tech support, even though they confirmed my identity would not unlock my files, and forced me to go through their account recovery.No other company does that.

All in all it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and patient. They answered all our questions and clarifications. It is well organized and clean however, it would be nice if they wiped the devices more frequently. The buying process was very smooth. On the plus side, it is a great time consuming activity if you have kids.

Apple Markville Shopping Centre
Visited few times during Christmas holiday and weekend with huge line up. So we decided to drop in during weekday after lunch hours, fewer people and less traffic. Excellent customer service. The sale associate - Grace helped to get my phone ready in half an hour from the minute I walked in and out. She was energetic, friendly and efficient. Grace is definitely a great role model at the store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
