Called to have my rug cleaned. The lady on the phone made me promise several times that I wouldn't cancel my appointment. I find this to be very unprofessional. I also inquired several times if they would be able to get the stain out after explaining to her what happened. She never actually answered me and repeatedly answered me saying honey

Had a wonderful experience using PureTouch in a professional setting. They were prompt, courteous, thoughtful and honest. Most importantly the carpets, with some very soiled areas were cleaned again and looked like new.

Had Pure touch come and clean my stairs and bedrooms. What a difference they made. Very happy with the results. Had them come back a week later to do my sofa and area rug. Made them both look like new. Very happy with the service and definitely will be having them back once I need it done again .
