Very friendly staff I couldn't believe it I've never seen this in a very long time some of the staff we're getting gifts from customers that's how very well liked they are I've never been there before it waz my frist time cause I don't live close to that very Tim Hortons I wish I did so I gave 5 stars if I could give more I definitely would thank you too the staff for treating your customers like family I will definitely see you again till then take care and stay sweet.Kelly Mckinnon

I'm pretty saddened by all the gross comments about undesirables" hanging out front. They don't bother anyone and the unhoused have the right to access the same services as anyone else. If you ever actually talked to them

I’ve never been to a Timmy’s with friendlier staff, and I doubt I ever will. The food is consistently great too. Thanks for brightening my coffee breaks!Edited because I can’t add another review - seriously the nicest staff, they go out of their way and are all LOVELY. keep it up guys.

One of the most friendlist TimHortons. The lady at the desk is amazing with kids. Very considerate and ensured that my order was correct. There is decent parking. Lots of bike storage. There is drive through as well. Will come back here for sure.

The staff were friendly and what I ordered was good. There were quite a few homeless people in the area and in the Tim’s. Going through the drive thru is fine but I’d be careful about going inside.

Every signal employee is upbeat, engaging, helpful snd kind. Above and beyond what is expected for customer service and truly embody the highest TDL standards. Place looks amazing and considering the location and the colourful individuals that that frequent the area continue at act professionally, not let them get under their skin, but dont tolerate bad behaviour. Good is amazing as is the beverages. Never a bad experience

This has to be the best Tim’s in the city! The workers are super fast, friendly, and always make my order well :) A bonus that it’s open until 11PM too

We had a wonderful experience at this Tim's thanks to Kristin (I hope I spelled her name right), the host and manager. She was so sweet and hospitable, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. She also handled a difficult situation with a drug addict very calmly and professionally. She showed us what it means to be a caring and compassionate human being. Her smile, warmth and leadership were inspiring. I also want to thank her staff for their excellent service. They work hard every day to make this place welcoming and enjoyable. This is one of the best Tim's I have ever visited!

Its unfortunate that I had to give atmosphere 2 stars as there are a lot of what most would consider undesirable people constantly frequenting the place and hanging out in the parking lot. Other than that I know the staff work really hard to keep the place clean and have become excellent service providers when it comes to dealing with customers. If you are not okay with dealing with those less fortunate or those that suffer from mental health or addicted to drugs and alcohol that this is not your coffee shop.
