Shark alert!If I could give 0 stars, I would.Sales people are very good at pushing products by telling you about warranties and showing you a magazine that lists their company in the top 5 in Quebec/Canada. However once you walk out that door and spend money, beware. They forget to tell you that only certain products are exchangeable or refundable. Even when the receipt doesn't say that refunds or exchanges are not permitted they still try to convince you of it. Sales representatives are condescending and not helpful at all after purchase. When asking to speak with a manager their response is why" even after having a fully detailed explanation of the situation. The manager then proposes an exchange for that "non exchangeable" product but still won't do a full return. When asked to speak to someone of higher authority

Return policy is horrible, can't even return a simple pillow that I didn't even use. Complete waste of time and money.
