Colleen at Capital City goes above and beyond - I just don't have enough good words to say about her! She is so professional, yet approachable and takes her time to explain everything to you in a way that is easy to understand and isn't intimidating. She went out of her way to accommodate appointments for my dad and she did an amazing job programming and fitting his aids. Also, the offices are beautiful! You don't feel like you are in a stuffy clinical setting at all! I know you won't be disappointed if you choose Capital City Audiology!

Very friendly and professional. Colleen and her staff treated me just as if they had known me for a long time even though it was my first visit. They took the time to explain everything to me and make me comfortable. I highly recommend Capital City Hearing.

I saw Dr. Anderson and he was really kind, easy to talk to (asked lots of questions) and made me more at ease during my appointment. He doubled checked everything and wasn’t hesitant to send out any referral needed. Definitely recommend, super sweet and knowledgeable person!

Great experience! Got an appointment very quickly, did not wait long to see the audiologist. She explained every step of the testing...made me feel very comfortable. I needed a referral it was done extremely fast. All in all a 5 star time. Thank you!!

Very professional, and Dr. Dawn impressed me as a person who is wholly committed to the well being of her clients. I am an experienced hearing aid user concerned about speech clarity so I knew from prior research that a solution would not come cheap. Dawn fitted me with state of the art Oticon More 1 hearing aids and the difference is incredible. They are worth every penny, and the buying experience with Dawn has been excellent.

Brought my sister here after a virus affected her hearing...Colleen was amazing - caring, considerate and compassionate! She patiently answered all our questions and even followed up via phone several times after-the-fact. Highly recommend, one of the BEST healthcare professionals we’ve ever dealt with!!

I have been to many similar clinics. The staff and audiologist at this clinic are the best hands down. I have never been given the care and attention like I was at my visit. I missed my first appointment due to family emergency. The receptionist asked how my daughter was doing when she called back to rebook me. The audiologist answered all my questions and helped me work through my thoughts about what could be the cause of my problems. Seriously a great place to go!

I had called several clinics looking to book an appointment, Capital city Audiology was by far the easiest, friendliest, professional clinic that I spoke to.The appointment booking was easy and quick to get into.The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door until I left.The clinic was clean.The doctor was clear in the diagnosis.Great work Kevin and Linda for being leader in customer service and patient care.They were set up and able to bill directly to my Alberta Blue Cross plan.
