Dogfather

First time ever a dog groomer refused to groom our dog. He is a small dog who gets anxious when being groomed. Usually groomers put a cone or a muzzle on him to stop him nipping but at this place they called us back after 5 mins and told us they wouldn't groom him unless he was properly sedated at the vets. Seriously...? Surely they're used to dogs with anxiety?Won't be going back.

I starting taking my five year old disabled dog to the Dogfather after a really bad experience with another local groomer (and a highly rated one at that)… The Dogfather has consistently gone above and beyond for my dog. I’m very grateful for them.

Randy is an incredible groomer ! My two dogs even look forward to going for their “Spa Day “ & they look & smell beautiful when I pick them ! My dog usually doesn't do well with new people but he did really well here. They were really good with him, did a great job and their prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be taking my pup back again!

They did a great job with our golden retriever. Her fur is so soft and she smells so good! Hair trim is spot on, got her paws and everything. Plus she walked out with this cute little bandana to boot!In terms of customer service they're really great. I misunderstood when I was supposed to be picking her up and she stayed a later than she should have but they were very understanding.

MR pickles went from looking like a mangy mutt to a pampered prince. Very happy with the service provided, we can't stop smelling him. Big thankyou to Randy and Cindy!

Awful cut and full of razor burn. We specifically asked if he does de-matting as our pup had a few mats from his jacket. I worked on the mats myself to get rid of the biggest ones and ensured none were matted to the skin. He told me he does de-mat, but when we dropped our dog off, he was immediately shaved to the skin before any efforts were made to save any of his coat. No sanitary cut, ears not cleaned, just one awful shave down that we could have done at home. Our pup was so uncomfortable for the following three days as he was Covered in razor burn. He looked ridiculous. I had to spend an hour myself giving him a sanitary cut, trimming his ears, cleaning out his ears, and trimming around his nose. Avoid this place.

I hear the owner is really good but we must of gotten a newbie. Our dogs coat was not cut even there were areas around her paws that weren’t cut. Was not impressed

We just started taking our dog here and have had great service both times. Their pricing is great and the girl who's groomed our dog is always nice, friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely one of the top places in Chilliwack.

Took my Samoyed there for the first time. The dogfather did an awesome job- frankies fur was so white, smelt amazing and felt so soft. He spent A LOT of time on Frankie and the price was so reasonable. Will be going back furrrrever! Thanks guys !
