Crystal Beach Cottage Rentals

I wish I could comment on this property, however when I went to accept their offer after going back and forth on dates, I unfortunately found they had rented it to someone else. The offer I received was good for 5 days , but like I said when I went to accept literally the next morning, the offer was no longer valid. When I reached out to Amanda , I was told that it was rented to someone else and they do not hold" properties "whoever pays first" was what I was told. So even though I confirmed I wanted to book

We stayed at the Nautical Nook this past weekend and our stay surpassed all expectations. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and had many amenities (wi-fi, SMART TV, etc) to make our stay comfortable. Amanda and Mike were extremely accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. We forgot my daughter's stuffed toy at the cottage, and Amanda very graciously sent it back to us at our home - so kind! We highly recommend staying here to anyone, and we will definitely be returning next summer. Thank you Mike and Amanda for a wonderful time!

Clean, well appointed cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed except garlic press and measuring cup. We really enjoyed the hot tub and gift basket with treats. Would love to come back in the summer! Houses are very close together so privacy would be limited in warmer months.

We stayed at Orchard Shores and what a beautiful home. Loved having the 3 bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult granddaughter and teenage niece. The home is extremely comfortable and has everything and anything that you might want or need. The location is within easy distance of both Niagara Falls and Lake Erie. The hosts even provide a beach pass so you can go to the beach for free. We will definitely be back!

My family stayed at Beebalm cottage 2 years in a row and we had a great experience both times. The rental process was well organized and Amanda and Mike go out their way to make sure you have everything you need.

We stayed at the crystal clear cottage for March break and it was everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. The welcome binder had very useful information and the there were plenty of games and puzzles for the kids. The hot tub was great and the kids loved it.We are planning to stay again.

My stay with Crystal Beach Cottage Rentals was great. The cottage was very clean, had great amenities, and was lots of fun!I definitely recommend it and would bring some friends for a girls weekend next time.

We stayed at Westwood - newly renovated this year - and it was beautiful. Impeccably clean, close to the beach, good parking - we'll be back! Thank you!

We stayed at the Beebalm cottage in August. It was great for proximity to the beach and restaurants. The cottage itself, left a lot to be desired. The bathroom, particularly the bath mat, and rugs in the living room were dirty. Our 1 year old son would play on the floor and find nail clippings and dirty old tissues. We took dishes out of the kitchen cabinets that still had food on them. They were clearly not washed and just put back into the cabinets. The doors were not well maintained and on our first night, one of them jammed and we were locked out of our bedroom until my husband took off the handle off. We paid good money to stay there. While we weren’t expecting 5 star accommodations, but we expected clean accommodations.
