Adam Farr is an exceptional realtor. Recently I chose him to sell my house as he had done such a great job for me several years ago with a sale and purchase. He delivered excellent service, and generated a high amount of interest in my house resulting in numerous offers. I'm fully confident he got top dollar for my house. Adam went above and beyond in helping with the sale of our house that was part of an estate sale. The house was in sad shape after years of neglect but Adam gave us great tips on what to work on and what not to bother with. We was also able to get a crew in within hours to clear out years of collected items. He was able to get us a price far beyond what we expected in this uncertain market. We purchased our home with Adam's help at a point where the market looked nothing like it does now. Nevertheless, the seller for the home we purchased was, although motivated, very anxious to maximize their return due to personal circumstances. I was quite wary and concerned about taking on this bigger commitment. Adam was able to talk us (me) through the bigger picture scenario and even anticipated the changes in the market that proceeded to come into effect only a few years later. He explained the intrinsic value of not only the home but the property (location!) and provided very helpful expertise that ultimately persuaded me to proceed with the purchase.
