Randy was very professional and courteous to my family. He communicated everything clearly to me from the beginning of my quote for a mini split install in my master bedroom to the finished install. DallAire Heating and Cooling was priced fair and completed my install in a timely manner.Andrew and Randy did a remarkable install for my family. I was able to request the location for the head unit, flag out the location for the outdoor condenser unit, mark the studs for hanging the head unit, and wire the AC disconnect in advance. Randy was very accommodating when I had questions and updates.When Randy and Andrew showed up for the install, they hit a small snag. Although the supplier provided the wrong pad for installation, it didn't phase the team. Randy uncoupled the trailer and left to swap parts while Andrew worked diligently inside.Andrew used drop cloth and wore boot covers. The team respected my property and my family. As they installed my new mini split system, Andrew and Randy didn't hesitate to chat with me and answer questions. They truly care about doing a good job. The install was completed in one day. They cleaned up inside and outside with care.At the wrap up, Randy explained that DallAire would schedule the final mechanical inspection and coordinate with me. Jade did a great job scheduling the inspection and working with me on availability. I was able to schedule my electrical inspection for the same day. Everything is in perfect working order and is sure to provide relief and comfort. The company registered my products with Mitsubishi very quickly as well. The mechanical inspector commented on the clean, professional install.DallAire offers monthly maintenance programs with many added benefits. Tech showed up during the preset time window. Was friendly and professional. Gave me an honest assessment of the repair. Fixed quickly for an affordable price. Could have told me it was anything more expensive and I never would have known. Dallaire has earned my business!

From the minute we contacted DallAire, everything just went so smoothly it was like a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. We scheduled a whole new furnace install and Andrew came and did the work. He was friendly, respectful of our space even when I said to not worry about making a mess, and most importantly he did an awesome job and we have heat! Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Andrew D. Installed a new furnace for me. During the process he was on time, clean, respectful and over all just pleasant to have working on my furnace. I even had the privilege of the owner of the company stopping by and was able to chat with him for a few minutes. He was quite a nice guy too. My older air conditioning unit finally gave out. I called a competing local business for a diagnostic visit. Along with recommending to replace the AC, they also examined my furnace and found the heat exchanger cracked, and recommended its replacement as well. I appreciated the information, but not the five-figure replacement estimate. A family member recommended Andrew with DallAire. Within a day, he was over to take a look and confirm the recommendations, but with an estimate to take care of them at 2/3 the price. The installation was scheduled quickly. Andrew was friendly and hardworking throughout the entire process, even though the setup took all day. Everything is functioning fantastically, and even looks better, too! I highly recommend Andrew’s knowledgeable and outgoing services, and look forward to using DallAire again in the future.

My furnace was on its last leg and its the middle of winter. Within a week, we had a new furnace! His work was very professional, he showed up on time. The inspector was very impressed with his work.

I needed our ancient boiler system repaired and Randy was able to get us a brand new one for cheaper then what the repairs would of cost. He and Andrew were able to get the installation done it two days and even came back the next day to make sure everything was in working order…they are the best!! Definitely recommend for any heating cooling needs.

DallAire installed a Napoleon furnace and a Daikin 2-zone heat pump system. Randy, owner, and his crew most professionally installed the equipment. The products and service installation were fairly priced and competitive with the market (we got bids). The township inspector reviewed the install and commented that it was done exceptionally well. He asked for DallAire’s info and said “I’m always looking for good contractors”. We highly recommend DallAire for all your HVAC needs.

Andrew Jason 2 and Zak were awesome!! They were on time efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Answered all my questions . Did an all round fabulous job. Sorry they had to drive 2 hours to get to my house.

They put in a brand new boiler heater. And tankless hot water tank. Great service. Would highly recommend randy. Will recommend him to anyone who wants a valued company and great job done.
