Even the smallest, most common plants are overpriced and the attendants are unfriendly and very discourteous: “WHAAAT”? I won’t go back because they don’t deserve my patronage.

Don't give these people your money.Rude staff. Over priced plants.Walk 1 minute across the road for better prices and better service.

Probably worst experience for plant care. A worker gave us completely wrong information on the care of an expensive plant and the owner refused to exchange the plant as a result of the misinformation about care and watering. Zero responsibility taken and instead blamed us for it and said we should have known better. Frankly one of the rudest owners I've ever encountered. I suggest supporting another business.

Apparently they will happily close the door on you when you dare arriving 10 minutes before their closing time for a quick purchase. I'll never go back.

Offers a great variety of plants. However, the workers are not very knowledgeable about them. We asked for plants that were non-toxic to pets and in the end, the plant they suggested and we bought was indeed toxic. There were a few that were not such as spider plants and we were not even shown them which gave me some doubts already. It would be helpful to hire workers that were more motivated to double check their facts before selling the products.Reply to response: Every other florist we have visited have a list prepared of what is toxic to pets to better serve their customers. Even online retailers for plants have a section dedicated to it. If that's the case and you didn't do any research, then it would be better off for your workers to simply say they do not know.
