All Battery Powered Victoria

I was happy that they delivered the battery, but it was the wrong one. The next one fit but I don’t think it’s the battery that they said it was. I have gone to the store 3 times to investigate and no one is there. In future I will be going to the store and make sure I am getting what I want.

HUGE RAVE to All Battery Powered Victoria for being AMAZING at servicing my blown fused Ebike battery! I called their flagship store in Vancouver and the guy there said they couldn’t service any of their own batteries… company rhymes with Fad bikes... Their new batteries cost $800! But the kind servicemen at All Battery Powered / Wattzon Repair Centre was able to fix my battery in no time for a fraction of the cost! HUGE thanks to these guys and would totally recommend for all the your Ebike battery needs!! They also have a very eclectic assortment of fun toys!!

Great customer service. They had to close the Duncan location for some Reno’s but the Victoria crew came thru and had a staff member deliver batteries the same day. Excellent experience.

All Battery is staffed with knowledgeable, kind and helpful human beings that care and their batteries are high quality.Both times I have bought a battery from them I had a very positive experience and they have my business.

1 star is generous! The owner is completely disrespectful. Tried to explain to him what my issues were to the best of my ability( i'm not a battery expert) with a scooter battery his employee tried fixing/converting. This was an on going issue for a few weeks now. Issue still isn't resolved. The owner just completely ignored me then just physically removed the scooter from the store and told me to leave. He didn't even ask me any questions, and didn't even look at the batteries at all. He has no idea how to run a business and has terrible customer service. Will be passing the word on to not recommend his shop here in Victoria or in Duncan. Do better or don't own a customer based service!
