I would recommend Nikhita Jain for physio therapy. She is thourough and caring. I recovered pretty fast following her instructions. The best ever!

Dr. He seems to know my body better than I do. I always feel amazing after my visit. He re-aligns my spine, and I get back to walking straight and have more energy.

Nikhita , as always, was able to work on finding my points of discomfort by applying pressure, but not too much. She is also very good at explaining what the problems are and how her assigned exercises are meant to strengthen one’s problem areas.

Dr. He is very knowledgable and gains an understanding of the root cause. I have a bad shoulder and back and he found it was due to a misaligned pelvis. He's been working on me, and my back has been getting steadily better.

On recommendation from a friend who had a very positive experience from her car accident. I booked my appointment with Dr He. The staff at the clinic are very friendly, efficient and professional. Dr He is a miracle worker. He helped me with my sore neck, shoulders from over compensating due to a car accident from years ago..I have been seeing Dr He for 2 years mostly as maintenance and occasional flare ups. Booking appointments is very easy and payment from your extended plan is done on site and you just have to pay any balance not cover by your plan.

I was suffering from a frozen shoulder and after 3 visits with Dr. Sen He i have less pain and more mobility. I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr. He. Aging is difficult and it's important to stay on top of one's own heath and care. Dr. He is an important part of my Healthcare team!!

I have been receiving massage and acupuncture therapy from Dr. He on a regular basis since a few months ago. The treatments have effectively shown to reduce my neck and back pain and improve range of motion. The receptionists at the clinic are also very friendly and professional. Thanks to the caring staff at Plaza Physiotherapy Clinic.
