Lotus Strong

Kim took amazing care of our fur baby while we were away for a week. We received updates and pictures and yes even videos with each of her visits. It was easy to see how happy kitty was to see her and how relaxed and comfortable kitty kitty was with her. Thank you Kim for everything, we were able to enjoy ourselves knowing kitty was ok.

1st time we have used Lotus Strong. Can’t say enough good things. Kim is an amazing person. So conscientious and committed. Sent photos snd updates everyday. Our dear ‘reclusive’ Abby loved her and thrived. She is still more relaxed and spending more time with us a week after our return. Obviously Kim is a ‘cat whisperer’ and no doubt equally committed to her dog clientele. We can’t praise Kim enough and have already booked her for our next trip.

I had heard of Lotus Strong by word of mouth. Emailed Kim and she got back to me promptly. Set up a visit appointment. Kim was efficient and friendly and I could tell she loved her animals. Knowing that Kim would be coming to take care of our cat, I was so relieved. We were away for 12 days and she came every day, spent time with him, and sent pictures almost daily, such a treat! I was so impressed and confident that our fur baby was in good hands. Just made me feel so much better knowing she was there.Kim was very professional….she went above and beyond while she was at the house, and eased any concerns that I might have had. Paperwork was straightforward and payment was easy. I would recommend Kim without hesitation. She is a wonderful person and I was so happy to be able to have her come and take care of our fur baby. We first met Kim as she was walking one of our neighbour’s dogs. We were stuck about how much she clearly seemed to love her charge. They were both clearly enjoying their time together.So when we went on vacation and needed someone to walk Sam and Woody, she was the first person we thought of.Not only was she very responsible but she is also fun and our boys simply loved her. I am so grateful to have found Kim to care for our sweet 6 year old cat. Opal is an anxious kitty and I was nervous to leave her while away on vacation. Kim quickly eased my mind with daily updates including adorable pictures of Opal while letting us know how she was doing each day. Kim was amazing. I had never left my cats alone before , but I had no worries after we met kim. She sent updates every single visit and tons of cute pictures. Kim had so much love for our two kitties and treated them like her own. I will 100% be having her back to watch my babies this summer for a little vacation. Kind, Caring, Compassionate and Professional. I can't say enough about how happy and RELIEVED I was to have found Kim! My two cats, Leo and Pisces are like my kids and I felt so torn when booking a recent trip to Mexico. Both my cats were just babies when Covid hit and we're accustomed to having me around. After meeting Kim, feeling such a positive and calm energy around her really put my mind at ease. She visited them everyday, took care of the mundane cat activities, played with them and loved my fur family as much as me. It meant so much to get small videos of them with their zoomies on full-tilt, and some of the best pictures I've ever seen of my cats! I also knew that she was certified in animal Reiki which I was interested in as my female cat has separation anxiety (started licking her arms until they were hairless!) I just knew they were in good hands. Peace of mind is priceless.

Kim is a fantastic help to our family. She has taken our dog Hannah for walks since she was a puppy when our work schedules wouldn't allow. She is extremely flexible and we trust her completely with our pup. Our puppy, now an adolescent, has a temperament and on leash walking skills that I can attribute to the time she spends with Kim. I know Hannah loves Kim and vice versa. Each day we look forward to Kim's photos and updates of her walks. Our family and Hannah would highly recommend Kim and her business to others looking for excellent pet services and more.

Kim is an incredibly reliable and caring person who has provided my dog Winnie with loving care since she was a puppy. Winnie has epilepsy, and Kim is always so accommodating and flexible to provide help when Winnie needs an extra bit of care. If you are looking for someone to walk your dog or provide visits and care, Kim is a wonderful choice and I recommend her without hesitation.
