Laws Institute of Self Defense
I've known the instructor for nearly 13 years and I'm stilling learning what he has to teach. He knows a wide variety of techniques and is even improving his own skills today with each passing class. Training under Law's Institute is a great way to boost confidence and make some friends while you train since it's a friendly environment and anyone's welcome so long as they abide by the rules of the dojo. You don't want to miss out on this great place and what it has to offer.

I have trained at Laws for more than 10 years. It is a great learning environment for students of all ages. The program at Laws will help increase your confidence, stamina, strength and coordination.I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in learning martial arts, basic and advanced methods of self defence, or if they are just looking for a great way to meet new people in a physical fitness oriented environment.The program is a mixed martial art that incorporates striking, locks, takedowns and ground fighting.The best thing about training here is that the program can be tailored to the individual.

Laws Institute of Self Defense
I've been attending Laws Institute of Self Defence for 2 and a half years, I have learned some great skills and met some awesome people. Dave is an amazing teacher, classes are fun and interesting and I always leave in a good mood. Law's is the perfect place to come if you want to learn practicle, applicable self defense techniques in a positive environment. Training here has boosted my confidence and turned me into a badass!

Laws Institute of Self Defense
My kids are 6 and 8 and have both been attending Law’s since age 5. They genuinely love training there, and have gained so much confidence. Dave has a wealth of knowledge and an abundance of patience. One of the things that I like most about the school (and the reason I chose Law’s over a more traditional martial arts school), is that the style is purely self-defence. It’s practical, effective, and street-smart. I want my kids to be able to defend themselves in real-life situations.
