One Care Medical and Children's Clinic

Great walk in clinic. It was super fast, thorough, and the space is nice and open. I didn’t even wait longer than 20 minutes at the most. Originally I went to the one by Scarborough town and it was packed, so glad I came here instead.

Never go to them for a ped! Doctors are never there and dont have appointnents.Dr.jabeen was never there and finally when i needed her im told shes leaving. They didnt even tell her clients, wouldnt have known if i didnt call.Over all worse experience. I wish they had option of 0 stars.

The worst Moa's ever. They are lazy don't do there job correctly. You call in you never speak to a person it always leave a message and they call back. So they don't answer the phone when you go they expect you to check your self in like what are they really doing that they can't check you in they always over book you have a appointment 10 45 you not being put into a room like 10- 20 after. I gave the receptionist some forms to be filled out by Dr was told about a mouth waiting period one mouth last I called in an was told they don't have said form so not only did I wast my time going to drop off but also money getting the forms printed

I’ve now had multiple bad experiences at this clinic, the first waiting 2.5 hours after my 3 year olds appointment time to actually see the dr.Recently I called to make myself an appointment, I was told I can’t and have to walk in, being first come first served. When I got there they said I had to make an appointment and they aren’t accepting walk ins. I explained I was told I can’t make an appointment but they did not care in the slightest.

Today I went in and waited at the receptionist right in plain view of all three of them might I add. I stood there with absolutely no acknowledgment from any of them. One of them looked right at me and went about whatever she was doing. Two people came in and got greeted and served ahead of me. When they were done then she greeted me. I let her know I was there ahead of the folks that were served ahead of me. No apology was offered, she just stared at me like a deer caught in headlights. Rude! What made me write this review was another patient came in few minutes after me and was acknowledged! It doesn’t hurt to acknowledge when someone arrives at the reception desk, that’s why it’s called reception. You are to receive patients, especially when they’re just standing there waiting to be served. I refuse to leave because my doctor works out of this clinic and has for years. Staff come and go and with it the service is declining. Very sad.

Please don't waste your time to go to this clinic. I walked in around 6.45pm there was only one lady waiting to see the doctor, I asked the receptionist to see the doctor she said they can't take anymore ppl because the have to close 8pm. Very disappointed the receptionist had no idea to deal with the patients.

One Care Medical Clinic located in Scarborough is one of the top clinics in the area. The doctors and staff are exceptionally friendly, and the location is clean and well-organized. However, their phone answering system is the only downside. Making an appointment requires calling multiple times, and even leaving a message can result in a delay of several hours to days before receiving a call back.

These people are so cold blooded. They shouldn’t be in this industry. From a desperate mom begging for their professional help but got cold face saying “we are off” when we came way early than their posted closing time. Lol these people.

My family and I have been going to the One Care Medical Clinic for many many many years and we could not be happier with the service we receive. From the receptionists, nurses and our own family doctor at the clinic Dr. Correa we are incredibly happy with the care we receive each and every time.Don’t be mislead by people’s comments because they had to wait, those are often unfair commentsRespectfully submitted,Mark & Renate

Please don’t come to this clinic, I called to ask if I could come see a doctor if I arrive by 7:15pm and the receptionist said yes.I arrive and the receptionist goes to the door with the key in her hand saying no to me and another lady at the door.Last two people who took the time to come and see the walk in doctor.They post they are open until 8:00pm, understandably if they close at 8 no clients check in after 7:30pm but it was not even 30 minutes before.Not even a sorry just come back tomorrow
