Mercedes Richmond Service

I sent my vehicle to do a regular service last month, the cost was one of the most expensive ones, but service was not the best.I went to the service center at about 8 am in the morning, a gentleman told me the service work would be finished by 3 pm, almost 7 hours, it cost over $1300, but he did not offer me a courtesy car.On the next day, I went to there again, a lady gave me my key, and I had to walk all the way to the end of the parking to get my vehicle.I own an X5 as well; I can’t help to compare my experience at BMW service center with Mercedes.First, BMW offers 4 years/80,000 km service for free, at Mercedes, it cost all most $600 at the first time, the second time, over $1300.Secondly, a recall service for my X5 was done last month, I went to the service center in the morning, got a courtesy car, and picked up my X5 in the afternoon.Thirdly, when I picked up my vehicle at BMW service center, my X5 was driven to the door, I stepped into my X5 after I went out of the door.

Extremely poor customer service. Have lost my business and will be going else where

They would not refund my battery cores because the dealer ship was taken over by new ownership.

The staff at Mercedes Richmond Service are amazing! Always a great experience with Jeff, Chris, Amy, Alex and Michelle. They take good care of our company vehicle and I highly recommend them.

Wasted my visit today. The clerk at parts counter desk was unable to order the engine wiring harness for my S-class. So I have to come back another day after he checks about the part with mechanic. The same thing happens every time. Never know the vehicle parts. My feedback is for my waste of time today. Anyways, I try to avoid official Mercedes dealer services, and will keep doing it in future, as it is not the first time I feel I arrived at the grocery store instead of strong professional Mercedes service. Good luck.

Legendary team I must say. Took my A220 in to get serviced for engine overheating, even though they didn't find any problem with it the team quickly took my car in to get it checked, cleaned my car and replace some axel or something, but nevertheless, Amanda, William, Jeff and Kelvin from sales had top notch service, very impressed with this team

I had a great experience with servicing with a recall issue. They were quicker than expected , helpful and even cleaned the vehicle . Thank you Amanda and William.
