I would not usually write a review after a furniture purchase, but Travis the owner and Tracy the store manager were exceptional to deal with and exhibited flexibility and professionalism that would be rare to find at a big box store.

I bought a great quality bedroom set for a steal of a deal. Good service in store. Delivery was on time. Very nice guys- took their wet boots off to carry in the furniture, which was unexpected. Also they were super quick and eficient. Nothing but good reviews all around. Will definitely return to this store in the future.

The service, the prices and the quality were all top notch!! I needed a new bed for my kid, someone recommended I try them out. I did and I had picked my options, got a great price, paid and it was delivered around an hour later. So impressive!!!!!! I'll be going back for sure. You should check it out.

We have purchased furniture from Brooks Furniture 3 times over the years, most recently today! We love their show room, quality/selection & most importantly their customer service is excellent! They always greet you with a smile, are extremely helpful and not even a little bit pushy!We will definitely be buying furniture there again...but right now we have 2 living rooms stocked with their pieces :)

I purchased $4000 worth of furniture from this store which included 2 double bed frames. One month ago. Upon assembling them we noticed the wooden slats for the beds looked as if they had been recycled or previously used. We put the beds together anyways (my mistake) here we are one month later and my 15 year old son was woken in middle of the night because the slats had broken and he fell through the frame.We understand that sales are final however this business not only blamed my child for the damage but is only willing to replace the wooden slats that broke. We can not attach new slats to the bed as the wooden frame they were screwed to has split from the slats giving way.On another note upon inspection of the bed after it broke it looks as though the slats are rotted on the inside. Possible mould. The business claims they are not rotten but I have many pictures that say otherwise.Save your money and shop for elsewhere as this business doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.Update they told me there was nothing they can do so I posted this honest review to which they decided to replace the bed for me after I posted this review but now I wake up to this email from them telling me because I posted a review the store has decided not to do anything for me at all! Customer service is by far the worst part of this company. Beware !

Amazing! I have bought several things from Brooks and every time was a wonderful experience. I was always pleasantly greeted and the staff were very understanding and accommodating to my needs. I compared prices between brooks and several big box stores and found that Brooks was the most fairly priced for what I needed.
