I marked that I didn't use the business because they kept ignoring me. If I could give this company a zero, I would. I started calling and leaving messages in April for a warranty repair to a commercial dishwasher. I had to leave messages because no one ever answered the phone, and on only rare occasions, did anyone even bother to call back. The final call I had with Shane, he claimed they were out the previous week and made the repair. Impossible because I had to call in another company to conduct the repair the following week which was in August.Brian VRoyal Canadian Legion Br 219
