Haven’t had Cobs in some time - was shocked to see a new location open up close to Bowmanville. Went in at 7am before works and luckily most of the scones had just been made. While the prices across all of the Cobs Bread have gone up it’s still delicious.I got 6 Scones and a Feta Spinach Croissant. The Croissant was nice and fluffy with a nice texture to the outside shell. There was a good amount of filling in it as well. I’ve had one scone so far but it was just as good as I remember. The pumpkin spice ones are the best.

Thanks for being a part of my son's 7th birthday. We had the vegan cinnamon buns and he loved every last bite of it.

First time buying from Cobs. I purchased one baget, 6 hot cross buns, 2 apple scones, 2 croissants. Total came to approximately $36. The only item that was eatable were the apple scones, everything else was stale and tasteless. I paid top dollar for bad products. I won’t go back.

So happy Cobs arrived in our neighbourhood. I had ordered some items as I was waiting my turn as it was busy. A young man with a great smile named Trist. greeted me and took my order. For being a young man, I thought I would be rushed out the door but it was complete opposite, he was so respectful and patient that he made me feel like a valued customer and he gave me some ideas for my nephews to enjoy. The chocolate croissants are amazing here! You have to try them! Everything looks good and the atmosphere looks positive. Ive been here a few times but felt I should finally do a review this time as my experience was amazing! Keep up the great work Cobs team!

Great counter service; both very young, but polite and knew the product well. Shame that there was a line out the door, but nobody came to help. People walked away.Prices in line with other good hand made bread. $45 for 6 rolls, 2 loaves and a feta turnover..yes, literally I will be making $100 sandwiches! Very pricey BUT rolls are wonderful.Need to weigh rolls. 6 all different in same bag. None of the loaves priced. Still don't know...except for the turnover at 2.70. So it was Maybe....$12 a loaf or $15 for buns???still trying to do the math!Olive bread seriously under baked, but popped in oven at home and yummy. Grain bread seriously lack Lustre and dry. No flavour, mushy texture and zero desire for another slice. Really not a good choice. Makes you want to eat Gluten Free....that's not a good sign.Kids running every business in Ontario. Great staff, tasty bread, need to support their staff. Prices must be more visible. Poor hubby nearly passed out from paying for his bread....4 stars for staff and buns! 1 for price transparency and none for grain bread.

Disappointing first impression - I was here on Friday and bought a 6 pack of cinnamon buns, two scones and 2 ham pizza buns. The scones and buns were great, my only complaint was that they were pricey. The thing that soured my experience was the cinnamon buns. At almost $8 for 6 I expected to be blown away, but despite being marked as packed the same day, the outside of them was tough and chewy - almost stale and by the next morning, they had graduated to completely inedible. So I don’t know, maybe a one off, maybe I’ll give them another chance. But for now I’m skeptical, especially with how high the prices are.

Love Cobs! The bakery has gotten better the longer it’s been open. It’s always fresh and sometimes it’s even warm when you get it! My favourite loaf is the Vienna white and the cinnamon buns and sooo good! You can order ahead if needed and sign up for their crumbs rewards! You get points and a cinnamon bun for free on your birthday!

My family has enjoyed Cobs for years now -- particularly the Oshawa and Whitby locations. We were happy to see a Courtice location but the scones and pizzas my wife purchased today were very undersized. The scones were very inconsistent in size with some being nearly half the size of others. The pizza's are also half of the usual size, at best. I'm hoping these are new location issues rather than the norm for this location -- or we'll have to stick to the other nearby locations.

Love the baked goods. Great quality, freshly baked and friendly staff. I do find it a little expensive for regular visits though.

Tried the bakery a few times. Had the spinach and feta scones. Dry and didn't taste or smell any cheese. Unfortunately rude staff, one young guy with black hair and another young girl with eyeglasses. No need for it I wasn't rude to you at all nor would I be. Also asked for a cinnamon scone. I didn't expect it to be yesterdays and hard for the price.
