Monga Fried Chicken (Hamilton)
That fried chicken store has decent flavors, but their waiting time is notably longer than other fast food places, even when you're the only customer (around 15-20 minutes), as they prioritize delivery orders. Moreover, the chicken steak size you receive is at least 50% smaller than what you would expect at an authentic Taiwanese restaurant, where they're supposed to be larger than an adult man's face. Here, they're only as big as your palm. Adding to that, the prices are about four times higher than what you would pay at a Taiwanese location. A reasonable price for their menu items should be around $7.99, taking into account the different price levels.

Took about 1 hour to arrive, which we found standard. However, the flavour of the chicken, despite choosing spicy, was very lackluster and was more sweet than spicy. The crust was crispy yet bland and too thick to make the crunch satisfying.

It is a good chance to have a try, but personally not recommend.It is a small store, and it took me 30 minutes to wait in a line to order and 30 minutes more to pick up the order. They gave me wrong order several time.The food is awful. The original taste one is okay, but other 3 tastes are literally no taste. I can't feel any difference. The chicken is also so thick to seasoning. The price is also too high compared to Popeyes.Here are my recommendations:Make order number on the receipt so you will not mess up the orders and give wrong one to customers.Make the chicken patty thin that customers can feel more seasoning and more crispy.Lower the price. I cost 60-70$ for 4 chicken patties. The price is CRAZY. I can eat same amount in Popeyes in half or 1/3 price.To be honest, my gf cooks better than this.

Small restaurant aimed at takeout. Prices seem a little steep, but the quality is there. They seemed slightly busy and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my small order. The crispy skin and spicy seasoning on my nuggets were delicious, however I'd prefer all-white breast meat in a 'nugget' than chunks of boneless thigh with some darker meat and small bits of cartilage remaining. Overall, the preparation was delicious and I will be back to try different varieties of chicken here!

I ordered their three piece crispy chicken combo. The order took almost an hour. They were busy on a Friday afternoon, about three orders ahead of mine. However, a 10-15 minute order took much longer. Those doing the cooking appeared to be novices in the food service industry with too many unknown people standing in proximity of the kitchen doing nothing. The process seemed slow and less than organized. The food was reasonable. Slight sweet flavour to the salty, spicy crispy chicken. Novel flavour options to their chicken. However, if the kitchen is not able to get set up and start running fluidly soon, it may not matter. I hope this business is able to adjust. It’s always nice to have new dining/food choices.

The food is very good. The kitchen is open and clean. The service really depends on who it is. This girl is rude and slow, hence the 3 star review. Otherwise this store definitely desires a 5.

Love the workers and food, came by to try it and they were very friendly! The chicken was super crispy, we had the Misty fried chicken, the seasoning was super good, salty and a bit sweet and tangy. The golden buns were also very good too, wasn't overly sweet. Manager was also very kind, he was super helpful. When we went there was a electric wire fire on the electricity lines, and out of all the business owners, Mangas owner was the only one to call fire department. Super unrelated but it shows character from the owners.
