Great got great service and shoe boot for my husband. They carry a great assortment for both genders.

I own several boots and shoes from the Softy’s and very much in love with their personable customer service and the quality of the products they carry. For many years that store is my go to destination for the most comfortable and durable shoe-wear. AS98 and Mjus are my favourites. Whenever I wear the shoes from the Softy’s, I get loads of compliments! Highly recommended!

Horrible experience at this store!! They don’t stand behind their products andwould not exchange my shoes. They could only do a repair. my brand new shoes that I have worn 3-4 times look like they have been repaired by a 5 year old. They refused to do anything furtherBuyer beware!!!!In response to owner: I Really don’t see how asking you to stand behind a product you sold me as taking advantage. I feel that any customer who was told their shoes would be stitched would be very upset to return and find their shoes poorly glued together.I guess your response just goes to show your attention to customer service and detail as it does not even address the issue.I am still stuck with a pair of shoes that look like they where glued together by a five year old and when you decided that it wasn’t “cost effective “ to stitch my shoes I should have been notified as I would have taken them elsewhere to be repaired.

I had the pleasure to be served yesterday. The lady took care and attention to ensure the Mephisto sandals I bought fit perfectly. Very impressed and super happy with the comfort of this brand.have never tried them and feel better than the German brand. On my feet anyway.

Terrible customer service and return policy. bought 2 pairs of expensive shoes... one pair immediately started coming apart at the seams so returned hoping for a new pair (had only worn 3 days)... refused to help for replacement but offered repair... repair was a joke... I was told they would be stitched with very good thread and they were crazy glued together! glue all over the leather and discoloration. when I asked why not stitched I was informed that it was not cost effective in their opinion!!!? why not ask me since I'm stuck with crappy glued together shoes now... I might have paid $10 to do stitching but they had already glued them without consulting the customer for some reason??? Would definitely not recommend this store!!!!!!!

Another business and owner that is ignorant to the safety of the public and the community it serves. We will never shop at businesses who create a health risk to the community and disrespect our hardworking healthcare workers.

This place has great serves and even better staff. The selection of merchandise should please all. And one of few business that will stand up for our constitutional rights.
