Order is never right and always half too go park and wait 10 mins or so never seem too have ice for drinks and several times had to come back cause the order was still wrong and bathrooms are nasty dirty.

This is store 16388 and is one of the dirtiest McDonalds in Canada. The health department should pay it a visit. I saw a staff person go to a car without a mask a deliver a order and the go back to the food area. Never did any other clean anything. The sink does not drain properly. My shoe suck to the floor as I must have stepped were someone spilt a drink. Food on the floor, on the tables, and even on the chairs.

I ordered a coffee through the window when I got to work and went to take a drink the coffee was cold. I work 1 minute from McDonald's. Was not impress at 545am expected to drink a nice hot coffee and it was cold.

The store was super busy. Staff was working beyond their scheduled shift to help. The wait was a bit longer but they do the best they can do. I certainly appreciate the work they do. The majority of the workers are students , but no matter who is serving or waiting on you remember you are one and they have saw a hundred during their shift with some not being kind, people trying to make a living making ends meet. Pack a lunch if you want a meal or snack in 2.0 seconds.

We have been there before. Always good service, and clean bathrooms. Even when busy.I am celiac. So I order sandwiches with out buns. I bring my rice bread. They know how to assemble it perfectly. They put the cheese on top of the meat so it doesn’t stick to the container which is perfect. I have never been sick eating there.I will stop there again.

Very slow. Drive thru was very busy, but instore service was delayed. Too 15 minutes for my order. Fries were barely warm and tough. Ordered the Big Mac Grand, only difference between it and an ordinary one was one slice of bacon and one slice of extra cheese. Last visit I made was great, this time failed miserably.

3 mornings in a row, they messed up my order, I went back today to I form them of their mistake, I got 2 bacon egg Mc muffin meals , which is simple so I thought only thing they forgot was the bacon , definitely check you order before leaving the parking lot , sad part was there was only three vehicles I. The line up and I was the last one
