Harewood Centennial Park

Great park with loads of activities for little kids and older kids. The splash pad/ water activities are varied and fun. Surfaces make it easy for actife little kids and keeps parents from having to worry.The only issue, no sun cover what so ever on any of the activities the kids do.This seems to be true for any park on the island for some reason.

There's lots of play ground equipment to challenge my children throughout all stages of growth. I like the rinks, the big one isn't always open and u have to book a time to basically rent it. The kids enjoy the skate park, with 'the big dipper' bowl being fairly deep, they get to practice running up. I appreciate the nature area and bicycle trails. The creek and new path with a bridge to admire it from. The water park is fun in the summer but the kids like that area to run around in when the water isn't running. The amenities are a gendered bathroom facility, taps and a water fountain. They're not always available. There's big huge open field spaces around it too, great for flying kites or softball practice. A little sand pit, the workers refill to scatter in the grass, is a hotspot for digging and jumping. There's plenty of pokemon stops and two gyms. The playground planners swapped out pea gravel for wood chips. Good place for a get together, but no dogs are allowed. Lovely trees everywhere and efforts made to include native species near the bank of the creek.

This is a fabulous space, something for everyone. There is a skate park, playground area, playing fields and lacrosse boxes. Very busy in all areas

An excellent place for a gathering of family and friends with lots to keep the kids busy.

Amazing spot for kids of all ages between park and water park and skate park..lots of fun.

This is such a great public space and these fields were in need of an overhaul. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's all done (photos are of the removal of the old field).The splash park and playground are a great place to spend the day with the kids, there's even a zip line and Rockwall to climb. This park also has a big skate park area and lots or parking.
