I paid $20 for 6 tiny pieces of chicken. With that price, you would think I would have gotten at least a breast. Chicken legs and thighs. I will not be back!

I have to be honest. Maybe it's because I'm almost 50 and remember KFC tasting differently. The chicken wasn't too bad, BUT it was not KFC. Simple fried chicken, a bit salty, no special flavour, nothing. Could of pretty well been fried chicken from anywhere. I don't think I'm going there again.

So disappointed with my experiences here. I’ve give them multiple chances to improve and each time it’s a let down. Often it’s due to lack of freshness (soggy chicken) but today it was lack of seasoning. It tasted like they completely forgot to add any spices! Absolutely avoid this place.

I ordered a variety bucket and everything was fresh and delicious, the price was ok. The chicken was crispy and very tasty. My order was made up in good timing and the men who served us were super friendly and personable, I believe their names were Steven and Aiden so a shout out to them. I will return.

Didn’t get our pop when asked for it the clerk sighed heavily. Then I asked for a fork and he sighed heavily again and said ‘there is one at the bottom of the bag but I’ll get another’ when he came back to the window he asked me snarky if there was anything else. When we went to eat our food there was NO fork at the bottom of the bag so it’s a good thing I asked for one because who wants to eat a poutine with their fingers. Buddy shouldn’t be working with the public if he’s going to be a snippy little brat when asked questions.

Service was as you'd expect. Service time under 10 minutes at dinner rush. The only reason they lost stars is the fries were under cooked (common corner to cut when busy in a restaurant) and we received 2 macaroni salad instead of a coleslaw and macaroni salad .

Rude behavior of staff....foof was so so bad. Got an offer for replacement. Went there today. They are unable to replace my order.

Rude. Unimaginative. Unable to solve a single problems. I'm absolutely disgusted and will never visit a KFC for as long as I live. Their online ordering system didn't offer iced tea but when I went in to exchange the bubbly for the fountain iced tea they insisted on charging an additional $3.

Got a raw chicken Big Crunch burger,very disappointed, wouldn't recommend this location.
