We were ready to engage TEAM Construction before the ink even dried on our new property ownership papers. We will keep this short, sweet and honest. It has been nothing but a delight working with TEAM Construction to build our custom dream home.We never thought we’d find a builder as concerned about both the small and big picture, and everything in between, as much as we are. Nothing but flawless communication, planning and execution. We have met every owner of every trades company that has been awarded our home to work on. Not a single question has gone unanswered. Not even a single possible issue has gone unaddressed. We make unscheduled site visits every week and have never noticed anything amiss. We are enthusiastically greeted and kindly updated the moment we step foot on our property. All personnel on site is courteous, well educated and professional.Our project manager and site superintendent have never missed a single email, text or phone call. No matter how many projects they’ve got on the go, we’ve always felt like their #1 priority. Communication is top notch. Workmanship is a solid 10/10. We often joke about leaving TEAM Construction to build our home and plan to only show up on the turn over date. We have immense trust in TEAM Construction.It has been both a privilege and delight to have TEAM Construction take on our project. We would not be having a home built otherwise.And if you don't want to take our word for it: Take a look around the finest homes in Kelowna — it will not come as a surprise to you that TEAM Construction has built them.

We had Grant, Jason and the Team Foundation crew work on our new home to repair some exterior foundation cracks that were found in our new home. Grant was very responsive and was able to work with our schedule to get an estimate.Upon receiving the estimate, Jason was able to quickly schedule our project and squeeze it in between some of their other large projects on the go. Their crew was on site and did an amazing job of digging, patching of the foundation.Everyone from management to crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Team Foundation!

They do try !

Chad, Carl and the Team were very professional, organized and efficient. They used clear, open communication and set my mind at ease throughout our custom home build. They were willing to walk me through the process and quickly answered any questions that I had, explaining even the smallest of details.Highly recommended!!

Grant, Jason, and their excellent crew did a fantastic job of repairing the foundation of our home. We appreciated the great communication, which gave us clear expectations of what the project entailed, and how it was priced. The team was professional, and approachable, and left a tidy worksite. We are so happy to have the issues with our foundation completely resolved.

The quality of work, the work site is an absolute disaster. People smoking on the site, leaving cigarette buds and coffee cups everywhere. Painting over the gutter that they were meant to change is already peeling. Painting over the stairs that they were meant to change will be peeling in a year or two. I don't understand any of the 5 star reviews nor the fancy website. It has nothing to do with Team Construction. They do poor craftsmanship, they are not honest and they are extremly, dangorously messy. Which comes from the fact that they don't oversee the project and there are multiple subcontractors on site. ?! Burth Estate...
