Just love these guys, were very helpful, called the other store to see if they had what I needed. Delivered promptly and set up quickly. All the staff are very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend them. Going back for my next appliance purchase.

I needed a stove back in September 2021 and Appliance Angels came through for me. I was on a budget but their prices were so reasonable I was able to get myself a stainless steel flat top stove. Linda was on site and she was extremely helpful and helping me pick one out and explained a few differences between the two stoves I was considering. Also delivery went very smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend checking them out.I also just purchased a stainless steel refrigerator that they found for me within my budget. I'd like to thank Cindy for sending me pictures so I wouldn't have to drive out to fontail and I would know what new stock came in without having to continuously go into the store. I called this service above and beyond. Thank you. I hope I won't need you guys for quite a while but so far so good.

Purchased a refrigerator recently, from the Pelham location. They have a good selection to choose from, and friendly service. They delivered to a rental property free of charge and also gave me some discount . I would recommend them and will use them again in the future

We purchased four appliances from Cyndi and we are very pleased with the service and quality of the items. We made several visits and she was very accomodating with helping us find what we needed and the delivery was excellent and on time. My fridge started breaking down and I needed a new one asap. Since Appliance Angels is in my neighbourhood, I tried them first, after checking out prices in the flyers that come around to my house. I was looking for a simple yet attractive fridge for a reasonable price, which I found fairly quickly there. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I told them, I feel like I'm popping into the corner store! I purchased it and arrangements were made for delivery. The delivery personnel were quick and efficient, so the whole experience was quite pleasant. The only thing I would suggest - and the responsibility does ultimately rest on me - is for the staff there to ask if the door is on in the right direction. After the fridge arrived, I found that the door should have been on in the opposite direction and it was not possible to switch it, what with the door being built the way it was. The offer to replace the fridge once another one comes into the warehouse was made, and after a few weeks I'm still waiting. Still, the fridge itself functions well, better than the old one I had!

They charged me $85 in advance to diagnose my dryer issue. The store owner came to my home and spent less than three minutes looking at my machine, was extremely rude and abrupt, and said he would order the needed part and come back to do the fix. The deal had been that the $85 paid up front would be applied to the final bill. I never heard from the company again.

Staff very friendly and helped us pick the right appliance for what we needed. Reasonable prices and great service. Was an issue with delivery as the driver made a small m9stake amd delivered wring item, was fixed immediately, they even offered a to give us a credit in our next purchase which was nit necessary, will definitely use them again for our next purchase and highly recommend this place to others!!

We first bought a washer in June and unfortunately it stopped working after the second time using it. They quickly looked at it and let us know that it would not be able to be fixed. They offered us another washer for the same price we got our other one plus free driveway delivery. They took the other washer away and delivered the new one with no problems. We were looking for a dryer as well to match the washer and the owners were constantly contacting us every time they got a new dryer to see if we liked it. When we finally found one, they offered free driveway delivery again. This time they brought it right up our deck and put it right beside our door, making it extremely easy for us to get in the house. Absolutely fantastic service by these guys. Would definitely recommend. Tons of appliances to choose from and the employee’s have great knowledge about everything in their store.
