This company used to provide good service and quick response, including call backs. Not so any more. Outages occurr more frequently, no reason given as calls are not returned.

First House - Service was amazing and great and no complaints, we ended up cancelling due to moving homes and then reached out to see if they would provide service at our new home location and service from their went downhill. No response to emails or phone calls. Took over two weeks for them to come our and do a drive by to see if they would provide service, after which they finally responded after my spouse tried calling them from a different number saying they needed to set up a tower. Asked them for pricing and still waiting. It has been almost a month now and I have followed up and again no response. Very disappointed.

Qk has horrible routing all internet flow goes to Seattle instead of more ideal places like Chicago making very high latency for whatever you want to do, saving money as compared to providing customers with a good experience

I'm a firm believer in supporting local but I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. When I phone a company that I pay to provide a service, I expect to speak to someone every single time I phone. At the very least, I expect someone to return my call if I'm forced to leave a message. Not Quickstream. Not ever. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with any other company that failed so miserably at providing, even the illusion of customer service before. If not being able to speak to someone on the phone when your service isn't provided isn't bad enough, there's no one in their place of business during regular business hours either! The door is locked, the phone goes unanswered and your messages are not returned. Not a functional business model. Avoid at all costs.
