No offence but the Indian guy, probably the manager here, who is with a transitional bands on his head and in charge of IELTS, is the most annoying, unprofessional and terrible person I've ever met. He kept giving tough times to the people who were taking tests there. At the beginning I thought he was just trying to be serious as a test organizer, but it turned out that he enjoyed showing off his power, felt happy to be rude, bullied and treated people badly. After having a conversation with other staff there, I knew that he was supposed to be a lawyer but he failed, not sure if this is the reason that he became such a jerk. Good luck to all of you who are already very stressful of the IELTS not to be stressed out by this terrible person.

I had a good experience testing here for a variety of my exams. I do not always agree with what we are not allowed to bring in but they have rules for their facility that they would like followed. Other than that I found them quite helpful, and the tests are given impartially to everyone. There is a good environment for the tests as well, it is quiet and they always have someone that can answer questions

On the test day, everyone noticed that the centre manager's behavior towards test takers was highly unprofessional. He acted extremely rude unnecessarily and completely failed to show professionalism and courtesy to the test takers. Everyone noticed his impolite attitude on the test day and disliked it. Unfortunately, it appears as he lacks basic etiquette and manners.I made a complaint on the test day right after my test about the mismanagement and unprofessional attitude of the manager of Regina test centre. It is also important to mention that some other test takers lodged complaints the very same day but decided to stay anonymous most likely to avoid the consequences from the test centre administration.Despite my multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or update on my complaint yet. It has been more than a month, but the IELTS test centre has not contacted or updated me about the status of my complaint. This actually reflects the non-seriousness of the centre manager about complaints people make.It is also important to mention that contacting the centre via phone does not work. Usually, no one attends the phone calls and hardly return the calls ever.

It's important to make sure that you're familiar with the format of the exam and the time limits for each section so that you can manage your time effectively. However, if you feel like there was an issue with the exam administration that affected your ability to perform well, it's worth bringing this to the attention of the test center or the organization that administers the exam.
