Omg best ice cream best chocolate around! And the prices are completely affordable! It's twice the quality of Hollywood Cone at half the cost for a comparable dessert. I briefly spoke with a woman from chocolats marketing team, and she explained that the companies goal is to source the highest quality chocolates from around the world (fair trade too!), but also to be able to supply it without inflating the prices for the customer. There's nothing quite like this place! They also have beautiful chocolates that make excellent gifts - very Instagram friendly.

This place is gonna be busy come the hotter months. Be prepared to have a bit of a wait. However the wait is worth it. Definitely worth checking out for those who like ice cream and chocolates. A bit on the pricey side but in my opinion get the baby size cone. It's more than big enough.

Wow! Is all I could say about this place, omg it is so worth going here, the icecream is great and dipped in amazing chocolate, the quality is amazing and the prices are good too.. you can get the chocolate to take home, and they have awesome little gift boxes for the unique chocolates.... We sat in their outdoor patio. It was a nice treat for the kids..

Love this place. Great addition to Ajax! While waiting in line Angela(Marketing) stepped over to introduce me to the establishment as it was my first time and she helped me understand the menu offerings and took me over to have samples. Thanks Angela. Great establishment and I cannot wait to try all of there sweet goodies. Must try. I had the salted caramel kooie cone. It was so good I ate it before snapping a pic. The design and atmosphere is amazing! A very vintage and romantic setting with a lot of space to sit and hang out. Their icecream was the best! Their dips were so thick, I don't understand how they make it. I had their raspberry sorbet frozen bar and it was so so good! My friends had the ice cream and said they were all so delicious! Love this place! I will definitely be coming here more often.

Good location with lots of parking and indoor as well as outdoor seating. I would say this is a nice alternative to some desert places in Whitby Entertainment Complex off Thickson.One thing to note is that the 3 flavours of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) are good enough by itself but when you add the toppings or make it Kooky" (pre-set recipe) you get a whack load of stuff. The dipped coating is not the watered down brittle stuff you get at ice cream trucks but this think chewy topping thick and sweeter than I have had before. Make sure you manage your expectations on sugar consumption before ordering. The baby size was big enough for me as an adult.Bonus: There is a coffee shop (Starbuck) within the same Plaza incase you need something warm to wash the sugar down."

We were welcomed by the staff with a smile and once they found out it was our first visit, they walked us through everything in the store.Once we got our iceCream and Gelato, we were offered nuts and sprinkles as additional topping.We sat there and devoured the desserts on their comfortable and cute setup.We finished off the visit by purchasing their chocolate packs which were on sale.Overall, it was a good experience and their iceCream was delicious.

Ordered a small hazelnut praline ice cream in a cup. It was good. The quality of the chocolate can be tasted through its richness. Chocolate is rich and sweet. So just be mindful if you are trying to avoid the sugar overload. The chocolate topping got soo hard it becme difficult to break through with the plastic spoon. The environment was extremely welcoming and comforting. Service was good. Its great to see they outdoor patio being utilized and therefore it wasnt overly crowded indoors. Overall a good experience.

If you have a sweet tooth or a love for chocolate, then a stop here is a must!! My girlfriend has wanted to come here for some time & we finally made it! Whether you’re in the mood for just chocolate, ice cream, a sundae, frozen drink... whatever, Chocalats Favoris has you covered. Their chocolate is decadent and you can easily taste the difference between their quality and a fast food chain. The Saturday night staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back again!!

Wow I didn’t realize how many cool food places Ajax has nowadays especially this new chocolate place.They have ice cream dipped cones with many flavoured dips and you get to try the flavoured dip before you order which is great.Prices are also pretty reasonable. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the place to be.
