HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF HIRING STAFF @BIBA STOREI had applied for the Sales Associate position at biba store. At intial level all things went well, gave the interview, got through it and then got a call from the store saying that I have been hired.Then I was asked to come for the training session, which was DELAYED by almost 2 weeks and that's not all.On the day of the training I am told that it is unpaid (store manager was nice, she told me not to do training because its unpaid) but I still went for it. And now its been more than a week and I still haven't had any updates about what to do next. Despite calling them again and again, I haven't received any information. WASTED MORE THAN 2 WEEKS now, could've constructively utilized this time in applying elsewhere.SHEER WASTAGE OF MY TIME AND EFFORTSPlease be careful if you are applying to work here.

Visited today for my 11 month old. Got a beautiful salwar kameez.Staff is so clam and relaxed. They make you feel at home.Loved the experience. Not overfilled. Safe CoViD-19 protocols.Probably going to be our go to store from now on.Thank you so much!!

Great elegant and class style of women wear for all ages; very modern and top designer styles with moderate prices. One and only one-stop shop for girls, youngsters, and women of all ages. I am a regular customer and visit BIBA, Surrey every time I visit Canada at least 4-5 times a year to visit family and buy different styles for myself and my young daughters. Good customer service with respectful approach.BIBA is one and only one-stop place for shopping in the market.

This store has amazing suits, simple yet elegant. The staff are very nice , store is very clean. You will come out happy. I bought 2 suits myself and brought my mom and she was very satisfied with her purchase. Thank. You.

Good service and solid quality for comfortable and stylish clothes, but I've noticed a steep jump in prices especially for the kids clothes.

Thank you to Preet, store manager, for always being extremely helpful everytime I come in. I'm a huge fan of the Biba collection, it's timeless, elegant and most importantly, reasonably priced. Wish they had a bigger store but so far, whenever I've needed an outfit, I find one here and usually in my size too. Thank you Preet + team, see you next time!

When you settle only for the best because you are one, you chose only the trusted brand for yourself. Extremely satisfied and thrilled beyond words with my BibaCanada suit. The pink silk cotton suit I own is a beauty with dreamy colours, super soft fabric and good fitting. Highly recommended! Will surely make a collection for myself!
