The've always been friendly and efficient. I did just find out though, that if your doctor faxes an order to their central system, it won't show up for four (4) hours. You'd need to get dr. to e-mail/fax you a copy so you can show it. Also, spouse, etc. can pick up for you if they have your care card.

The staff were incredible very helpful and above all the place was spotless my new place to get medical tests. Thank you very much

The staff are so kind and understanding felt very comfortable to ask questions even in these trying times they took the time.

We are asked by signs to social distance yet the chairs in their cramped cubicle-sized waiting area are touching and people walking past hit your knees. There is not even any space to stand without the adjacent doc office telling us we are not allowed to stand in their cramped waiting area.Booking an appointment two months in advance still sees us waiting half an hour and counting.In spring 2020 Life Labs didn’t ask people to mask and upon emailing corporate begging them to please institute this to protect those of us who are compromised, they were very uncaring. It’s good to see them requiring masks now, but it’s only because of PHO requirements.I miss the days of labs run by the province and not cheap private corporations.Most of staff try to be friendly but it’s obvious it’s a pretty toxic work environment and the policies make it difficult for them to serve well.

Clean facility and very quick service.

Sadly I have to go for blood work multiple times a week. Life Labs is always very friendly and caring as it's hard to get blood from me.

People there are always so friendly. I was a walk-in and was only there 10 min then I was done.

Women here are always so nice and caring, the wait times are not their faults!

Waited 3 hours for my walk-in appointed after being told it was only a 40min wait time. Tech was friendly so ill add a star.
