The folks here are great. This rating is for them. They were kind and helpful.Uhaul is a horrific company that should not be operating in Canada as a monopoly any longer unless it is under specific and strict regulation designed for their corporation. You can expect to nearly always have issues with them that are significant and costly to you in money and time. Fight for what you deserve. Complain and tag them on social media. Complain to your MP. They should not be able to have such a stranglehold on moving vehicles in this country while also having the worst service and vehicles.

***Scam Alert***I booked a haul truck online and I was directed to collect it from Grease Monkey in Kamloops. I collected the truck from here and the lady there is a big cheat. She recorded wrong mileage on the contract and overcharged me on the no of kms driven as well as the rate/km. I left the truck outside their facility over the weekend and so I couldn't close the contract face to face. However on receiving my final invoice in the mail I realized that I was charged over 100$ extra on my credit card. After this they wouldn't pick my phone calls for many days and never called back in spite of leaving so many voice messages. On calling u-haul to complain about them I was asked to deal with Grease Monkey directly and the haul lady on the phone didn't want anything to with it, this was so unprofessional. I even visited this place on 2 occasions but both times it was shut for some reason. This has been my worst experience in Kamloops and just the feeling of being cheated left a bad impression on me and I find it hard to trust people now.
