Tried calling to find a Dr and the woman I talked to was extremely rude and off-putting.

The person who I spoke with in a Crises, was not only extremely rude but unprofessional. I'm concerned about other people calling them. The receptionist at the office told me that someone has even commited suicide after speaking to someone there and I'm not the first person to complain.
