Gerard Doppenberg Piano Tuning
I bought a Yamaha piano from him, which he moved for us. Once it had settled in a short time later, he came back to tune it. While he was doing so, he discovered that some of the workings in the piano which had been fine were suddenly pulling apart - not unusual for the age of the piano - however, he took it and had it repaired for us under warranty! Highly recommend!

Gerard Doppenberg Piano Tuning
I would recommend Gerard to anyone looking to buy, move, or tune their piano. We have used him numerous times to move and tune our piano. He always shows up on time, has a positive demeanour, and knows his stuff. Gerard went over and above to make sure our needs were met. He even had nice caster cups so we didn't wreck our floors in our house with the piano.

Gerard Doppenberg Piano Tuning
I booked an appointment to have my piano tuned earlier this week.He never showed up, no message. Nothing. After waiting for 45 minutes, I called him to find out what happened. His voice mail was full, so I was unable to leave a message or get any answers.Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I've since contacted another company that hopefully shows their customer some respect.

Had our 1890,s grand piano tuned. Wow what an amazing job. It has never sounded so beautiful. I was very hesitant as it is old and fragile. The bonus was it was very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend.

Gerard came to my home and tuned my piano. It hadn't been tuned in almost ten years and it's now sounding perfect. He was friendly, on time, and his rates are reasonable. He clearly knows his stuff and I will be using his services again in the future! Thank you Gerard!

Phoned this tuner, living a message: hadn't any response in 10 days. Called again, finally booked an appointment - modified my plans in its favour while waiting for an appointment: the tuner didn't arrive, didn't even call to notify me! I phoned the third time: received a shallow sorry" with the promise to call me back for booking another appointment: NEVER received the call back!!! NEVER had experienced a worst service from a so-called "professional"!..."

Gerard is an excellent technician and does great work every time. I am a professional jazz piano player and I have known Gerard for over ten years. I can truly say that he goes above and beyond in his duty; the quality of his work is amazing and I would highly recommend Gerard because he is fantastic at what he does!
