Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor (Ambassador Bridge), an IHG Hotel

Whatever you do NEVER Book this hotel!!!!! We had 17 rooms booked for a tournament (4 months in advance) and the hotel cancelled on our entire team and multiple other teams, 7 days before we were to arrive.The worst part was that they didn’t notify anyone directly about the cancellation, offered no explanation or apology for it and their front desk was incredibly rude when we called to confirm it.We found out while in Windsor that they cancelled on multiple teams because they booked a higher priced group and it wasn’t due to issues at the hotel.If you are a family, team, group or just going on vacation in Windsor NEVER trust this hotel because if they get a better offer they will drop you without a second thought!

My parents stayed here and had terrible customer service. The room had zero hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. After calling the front desk, they were told that they are short staffed and didn't have anyone available to being up these items. Items that should have been stocked previous to their arrival. The bathroom door was off the hinges and they had to fix it themselves. Their credit card was over charged and have been unable to reach any kind of management to rectify this issue. It has been weeks.
