process of getting test done was fast and efficient. was hoping i'd have test results earlier but still waiting on them at 12.30pm. they have promised before 4pmEditing to respond to the owner below. I never said i was expecting earlier in the day. we are told by the office in Winnipeg results will be returned within 24 hours of taking test. The test referred to above was not from today. I also didn't like being prompted to rate a business before actually receiving the service. hence the rating i gave.

Promised results by 5 pm next day (I had flight next day early in the morning departing at 7 am) and got results finally after 5 pm. I got really scared I was not going to be able to get onto my flight the next day and so I had to pay another 200 bucks to get an antigen test at another test center. I called at around 3 pm on day the results should be been received and nobody would answer the phone. Very disappointed with the service considering I had my test done at 10:30 am the previous day (about 31 hours to get the results).

+ The guy that took my test at the clinic was great. Fast service and was very detailed.+ The woman who helped me on the phone from Calgary when my results were nowhere to be seen was also very nice and patient.- My initial invoice email and reminder email said that I will get results by 4pm the day after my test. The day I was supposed to get my results, the time was arbitrarily changed to 5pm once I phoned in as 4pm had gone and past. 5pm passes and still nothing. Then 6pm...7pm...8pm...At this point, I was stressfully debating rescheduling my flight altogether as it's looking more and more like I'm not going to receive my results in time for my early AM flight. Finally, at 10:40pm, the woman on the phone gives me an update saying they will be released by 11pm--which is 7 hours past the advertised time I'm meant to get the result. For a service that's definitely not cheap, time guarantees should not be implied if there's a chance that it can't be met. It worked out for me in the end but the hours of stress and lack of info was certainly not a great experience.

Poor and bad service. They don't want to refund my money. They just like money without no service for the customers. They are private company.They received $170 for PCR test.But why? Inconclusive.??? As they got not enough sample? Are they professional? Educate and train your employees before advertising.They phoned from Calgary around 3.15pm for taking sample again. Winnipeg clinic closed 3pm. How can I go there to retest????? Short notice. And no guarantee result next day early morning our flight. SoWe had to re-test other place with extra money and got a negative result within one hour. Even it is not my fault, they don't want to refund or other compensation.. Dont recommed. Return my money back. Never think about the customers. Owner should make a refund rule for this case otherwise same thing the thief.

Very bad service, they took my sample and the afternoon before my early morning flight they called me to tell me that my test had an error and that I needed to take a new test somewhere else. Of course they didn’t offer any refund. Long story short, I found a better place that afternoon and took a test with result in 1 hour and spent twice the amount for that test that I should had taken in another clinic since the very beginning.

Friendly staff, ...a warning about the procedure. It is the procedure were they stick the very long thing through your nose into your throat. My very first one early last year was like this. The dozens and dozens I had in between were all in the nose only....and since I got my results 7 minutes after 5pm the next day, will I get my money back?...but than again very helpful and friendly staff.

Great experience with Jes and the team. We had the tests at 9:40 am on Thursday, results by 3:47 pm on Friday. The process was easy, booked online, on arrival scanned QR code to complete the form, got called in, details confirmed, swab done and out. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We even managed to get our annual flu shot!

Initial wait was a bit long however, staff were very courteous, explained the test process, which was very quick. Results were received by 5PM the next day as advertised. I called at 4:45 the next afternoon to check and this staff person was also very friendly and helpful.

Best price in town (at least at present) and I was able to easily book online for an appointment the next day. I have had several nasopharyngeal Covid PCT swabs over the last year or so and this is the only one that I believe was done correctly. Of course that means it was a little bit uncomfortable but at least we know the result would be accurate. Results were ready as promised by 4 o’clock the next day. Ryan at the Winnipeg site was very good to deal with and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service for pre-travel Covid testing.

Service was excellent, but the price was ridiculous. These people were definitely maximizing their profits at the expense of anyone wanting to travel to see family. Winnipeg endured the highest rates in Canada! Same tests were free in the United States!
