The food tasted horrible. The burger was horrendous, the chicken was covered in this this thick hard crust and it tasted funky. Ayyyyyyy nooooooAnd whoever is supplying those GMO watery tasteless chickens must stop. Product development needs someone new. KFC Canada is not great. SOuth African KFC would run circles around KFC Canada

This is my usual spot for KFC and would usually recommend, but tonight was awful! Ordered the two can dine deal that was advertised for $15 on the KFC website. This deal comes with 2 popcorn chicken, 2 fries, 2 pieces of dark meat, and 2 big crunch sandwiches. My girlfriend and I thought it was a great deal and excited to eat it. When we got home we first noticed that our order didn't have the correct sauce for the big crunches - we ordered spicy but got mayonnaise. Most importantly, our sandwiches were SO BURNT that we had to eat them without the buns. Please look at the photo attached because these sandwiches are unacceptable. The employee must have known this was too burnt to eat, but sent us off with it anyway. Truly disappointed. Just because we order a deal doesn't mean we should be served a discounted meal that is inedible. Finally, the one piece of chicken was extremely small. See the size comparison to the popcorn chicken

Just had a 3 piece. The worst. Overcooked, dry, coating almost burnt. Used to really like the crust. This was awful. Waste of money. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone..

Just want to say KFC if your workers mess up an order, why throw out the food in the garbage when that food can be given to a homeless nearby, because as i see it that is a waste of food. completely pathetic especially at the kfc venue. fix it KFC and stop wasting food because you deserve 0 stars for that.

The service was good. That's it. The one star is for the service ALONE. The food is terrible. The extra crispy chicken" has zero flavour. It's not even salty

The food here used to be ok. I have tried the chicken twice this year and it's awful. Not to mention they give you a lot of battered bones, back pieces. Barely even looks like chicken. I paid $30 for a 10 piece of slop. Beyond disappointed.Server was very nice tho.

Sucks!! Did an online order, and they didn't even read the note. What's the point of the option? . Also, learn to take your time preparing a burger, not slap a chicken on the bread, and give it to the customer. Thanks

Paid $18 for a bucket of bones covered in a thick, tasteless “extra crispy” batter. Less than an ounce of meat on one piece. Offered to pay extra to make sure there was white meat. Assured that there are 3 pieces of white meat & 3 pieces of dark meat. Ended up with 2 drumsticks, 3 thighs and one wing. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Never again! Used to be a favourite. I guess it’s on to Popeye’s & Mary Brown’s from now on.
