It was an online order so it was easy. The order was ready within a day so that was good. Didn't go walking through the place as I would have ended up buying some more stuff. Great place

strange behaviour here the door man doesnt know generally where a wheelbarrow is said hes just a door man and wouldnt give me a disassembled wheelbarrow to buy im a paying customer and at the same time saying its not in stock when its in stock at every location, ill be going to coquitlam instead unbelievable

Had a not so great experience today when I went to pick up my online order. I waited at customer service for someone to help and along comes this lady I believe her name was Gurminder looks at me as if she couldn't be bother then asks if I have a return. I said “no im picking up” and she says “go to a cashier they can help you too”. At this point im puzzled so I go over to the cashier and wait in line only to be told to go to customer service. Long story short I got my order after waisting 10 minutes. Everyone else involved was nice to deal with except the lady mentioned above.

Only reason 2 stars is because they had what we needed (kind of) don't think you come here to ask for help or CS. When we asked the employee they just said ya that gets stolen all the time and we don't have it"... Found it myself just had to look. At least put in 50% effort...that would really improve the standards."

I love coming here. Make sure u find and price what u need, then come here to buy it. It is always fun to shop. Great selection and priced right. What do they not have? Polorid cameras, maybe. Let me know.

This store has a varieties of things to shop for . They carry almost everything, from tires, tools, bbq, screen room, home improvement products, to pet supplies and so on. The only thing is it’s very packed and a little unorganized. Service is great, when you find someone to help. They also have very generous refund policy.
