You have to give Roots and the staff a chance. Most of the time the staff do appear that they are folding clothes. Mainly due to customers unfolding when they look at the sizes.They do have great deals when items go on special. My wife and daughter picked up clothes they wanted from clearance rack that they didn't get on last trip cause a little bit to much. staff are helpful but do need to engage the conversation a bit more.

The employee beatriz doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. So is so rude, she doesn’t understand the customer situation. Please don’t visit this store.

great experience. My family and I went last night to the mall near closing time. my wife told me to go by and check out a flannel but when I went there I couldnt find it, but the woman working there was super friendly and helped me look but couldnt find it either.anyways I got myself a shirt and while I was looking the woman started talking to my toddler and gave him some stickers so I could look through the clearance rack. I was very impressed since most retail workers at closing time want to leave and would be working to get things done. she took her time and was nice and I was able to find something I liked just 5 minutes before closing time.

wife bought a coat here and they are priced higher than I expected but I guess the brand has something to do with the high price

Good open store that you can see most products from the entrance. Women’s section on the left, men’s on the right, and children at the back. Clothes are really expensive here for the simplicity and design, but there is a decent sized discount section near the back. Children’s clothing is almost the price of an adult’s; $40+ for a hoodie Made in China.

I had a purchase from another Roots that I wanted to exchange for the exactly same price items. When I went to the cashier she called the manager of the store to do the exchange and he said my item was final sale( which was nowhere in the receipts) and he couldn't do it. They had the same item I was trying to exchange it but he refused to do it. When I asked him for his name he wouldn't give it to me he just said store manager. He was obviously ashamed of his poor service. They store seems to be struggling and is basically for the lack of costumer service. L staff doesn't even smile when you walk in to the store.

Friendly staff, great collection. I went for the first time for boxing day and found the store to be relatively empty. The store has great organization and lightening.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Price is just ok. Free mall parking available. Public restrooms available in short walking distance.

Very friendly staff tended to all my needs the second I entered the store. They were very nice in their wording with non-gender conforming approaches. The staff was also very knowledgeable and knew what to recommend when I told them what I wanted. Apparently this location is where all the other roots send all their sales stuff so their sale section is way bigger compared to other roots stores and the only other roots store with alot of sale stuff is Roots Last Chance in Coquitlam.
