If it wasn't for the kind and helpful dispatch and boss man who helped me out with the engine i got shipped i would rate it a 1. Paid to have a engine shipped to a house in stony, gave specific instructions that theres 2 roads entering the property. The entrance is a slight uphill of 10 ft then the road does full circle around and exits out other side. The driver only seen the exit road, assumed it was too steep to deliver it and refused my delivery. The driver didnt even attempt to drive up it, forgot the culo's at home i guess. Had to borrow truck and pick up engine myself, all because a delivery driver was too scared to pull through, listen to instruction and just do his job.

Honestly if I could rate 0 I would. I received a package that was damaged which was valued a few hundred dollars and I filed a claim report and have never heard anything back from anyone from this company even though I've left numerous emails and voicemails and all I'm left with is a damaged package that I cannot use. Never will I be using this company or recommending them to anybody I'm a small business trying to start up and these are not the kind of people that I want to work with

For company shipping look no further. Fast and reliable shipping. No tracking information but with our regular shipping routes it works perfectly. Thanks Ace Team and looking forward to working with the company for years to come.

Have some patience, they were super busy when I called. But rest assured they were also on top of there business. New who I was based on my name. Fast delivery from Calgary to Edmonton. 1 day

Whenever I call for a pickup at our business, we are treated like it is such a bother that we are giving them business. Today was the worst. The attitude of the person on the phone was so rude, and before I could even get a confirmation number of the pickup she hung up on me. I had to call back, only to get more attitude from the person. I think it will be the last time we use this service. The customer service is so poor, they made it clear they don't want people's business.

Those guys call and ask for help in delivering stuff , they request for things like : can you help us unload ?do you have a cart we can use ?Is there someone who can meet us to take the shipment ?Never seen a shipping company with no tools or enough man power to deliver a shipment.

lucky to even get 1 star. horrible organization and rude dispatch. wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy.

Item was damaged on arrival and was marked fragile. Thankfully it was an over sized piece of wood and I could still use it.Shipping and receiving is not well marked and I had to hunt down a person to ask where I needed to go, even though I had found my item before I found a person.

This company lost a very important prepaid package that would have serviced seven different clients of ours. After ten days of waiting for any update at all and numerous attempts to contact them, not a single person returned a phone call after they all promised to. I am now mired in their “claims” tar pit that I had to initiate myself, due to carelessness and incompetence and hide and avoid” customer service. I am not optimistic about the outcome.
