First time at Moffatt's Mazda. Nothing but good things to say. Me and my fiancée bought a cx-5 with Ryan and it was a great experience. Ryan's very professional, attentive and strived to give us the best experience as possible. Also wanted to thank Adam from finance who took care of all the finance for us. Awesome team! Purchased a pre-owned vehicle through Moffatt’s, everything was very easy going they basically do all the hard work for you! My pick-up date was only less than a week after I first inquired about the vehicle, which was very convenient for me! They worked with my credit and trade-in to give me the best value possible, and I have 0 complaints. Customer service is awesome, thank you Shannon for getting me into my like-new car! Came in because my roof rail kept coming off, and today it was lost while driving. Before I could finish asking the service rep if this could be covered by a warranty, a bearded man who didn't even say his name came out. Informed me that car washes could break the clip. There is no evidence that this happened, but he also told me to wash my car by hand only. In -20 and snowfall over the winter as well. Otherwise, they'd lose a grand 36$ on a rail.I'm coming next week to check why my automatic door locks aren't working. Perhaps I shouldn't open my car either.Update 2:Order part on 23rd with it supposed to be there next day, and someone would call. Today is the 27th. I had to call and ask where it is, and of course, it was just sitting there.Update 3:Went to pick up part and was given 10$ off. I asked them to install it quickly so I wouldn't be told I broke the clips or something if it ever came off. After unwrapping it attempting to install, we figured the part was defective and even bent halfway. It's easy to have seen this before I came in if it was just inspected.Update 4:Who doesn't want to make a 40m round trip a couple of times for a 30$ part. The reordered part fit, was installed, and I canceled all future service.Update 5:Other roof rail flew off. Didn't even bother asking for warranty, ordered a new part, and here I am today again staring at floor mats instead of a roof rail. Truly my favourite Mazda dealership...

I recently had the pleasure of trading in my car and getting a new 2023 Mazda 3 GT with a manual transmission with the help of Ryan Twigg. The entire experience was a great but I must say that Ryan's attention to detail, personal interest, and genuine care for people really showed in the service he provided. He was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, even giving regular updates with the status of my order and making sure all was well. I have been going to Moffatt's as far back as about 2015 and I've always had good experiences, but Ryan going above and beyond to make sure I was happy really stands out even among the other good experiences. I have already recommended others to go see Ryan and 10/10 would continue to recommend.Also, my car is awesome.

We had an excellent experience at Moffatt's Mazda. Ambrosio was so friendly and really went the extra mile to communicate with us while we were out of the country and waiting for our vehicle to arrive. Speaking of vehicles... we're over the moon with our CX-5. It's so gorgeous and fun to drive. 10/10 experience overall!

On recommendation from a friend, we looked at Moffatt’s Mazda website and found exactly what we had been looking for! From the first phone call, to meeting Aaron Cisco, going for a test drive in the pouring rain(lol), through the application paperwork, to delivery/pick up, this car journey has been incredible!! Aaron has been informative, courteous, caring, and knowledgeable!! Always keeping us up to date through out the process. We loved the “one stop shopping “ experience! We are in love with our “new to us” Ford Explorer, Nellie! (Named after Nellie Bly) She will be in the family for many adventures! Thank you Aaron!!!
