Waited patiently while employee was on the phone complaining about his taxes. Would not even acknowledge my presence. After about 15minutes, went down the road to another trailer outlet and received excellent service. Will never visit this business again.

. I enjoyed dealing with Murray as he delivers customer service in the old school way. From my experience, I believe that he cares about his customers, works hard to make them happy, and delivers very good value for your money. We bought a car hauler from Westar and have had it back to the shop a couple of times for upgrades. Murray is race car guy and uses car haulers himself so he understands my needs very well. We are satisfied with the product and very happy with the service from Murray, so I heartily recommend Westar to others.

Murray is a great guy and easy to work with. His shop is impeccably tidy which for me is something I appreciate and it shows he cares about what he does. Got an aluminum 4x8 Trailerman trailer from Murray. The trailer is well made right down to the details; I was surprised to see the wiring tidily routed though 1” square tubing on the underside which is a nice touch. Imagine this trailer will serve me well for many years.

Murray was accommodating in meeting us after hours to pick up a trailer we needed with short notice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I both remarked as we were leaving that we both felt fully confident we had purchased from a business that stands by what they sell. We have now purchased 3 trailers from Westar and are extremely satisfied with the experience on every occasion. Will definitely return when we need additional trailers in our fleet!

We are moving to PEI from Chilliwack and needed a trailer. Looked on line for used trailers, but could not find a solid trailer. Ended up going to Weststar Trailers and met Murray. He is as honest as they come and was not pushy at all, just told us about the trailers.We purchased a 26ft Car Hauler, at a GREAT price. I went to pick it up, thinking he would just hook it up and send me on my way. Nope, Murray went above and beyond, I purchased a box and torsion bars. Well he was not busy and mounted every thing right there, including a spare tire mount. He allowed me to watch and man did I learn a lot about the trailer. He took the time to show me what bolts he uses inside the trailer, even gave me a box (free) for future instals.Murray is an example of old school; honest, patient, and helpful. To take the time and set everything up, show me how to do it, how to tow the trailer....Simply the best service I have ever had from any dealership. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and trailers, but have never been treated this well.I highly recommend Weststar Trailer and Murray, best service I have ever had...Thanks MurrayWayne
