I give the drive-thru overall an abysmal rating due to the multiple times they have filled my iced tea with half or more with ice while failing to listen on light ice". No digital rewards like every other drive-thru in the city. I didn't pay for ice

good but for some reason they fail to follow starbucks customization rules; each time we ask for extra toppings or extra ingredients ( even after paying extra) they still don’t put in the extras… people go to starbucks specific because of the customizable options so i just think it’s unfair that they try to cheap out on that even after making you pay extra ( which shouldn’t be the case)

Can’t get the same drink twice. I get very very little cream in my drink, gf gets a normal drink. They always end up being the same drink…they also try to skip espresso shots even if you pay for them..

We go here alot. Its gotten hard to find places with good evening hours. Not my fave cup of coffee personally but ya know when the staff greet ya with some humor laughs and a smile. Know ya by name. Think we like the manager. Well done.

Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and get to know their customers. As soon as my husband or I walk in the door, they know are preferred drinks!!

It's pretty good and convenient to order online and pick it up. Although they need to serve you when they say hello. I was interrupted by another customer as I was being asked about my order. Which I could see sitting there as I ordered online. I would have taken three seconds to say I'm here for that drink. I was dropped like a hot potato and had to wait another minute or two which is a very long time if you are waiting while they were fixing the order of the customer who interrupted and cut into my order time. Is this typical of Starbucks to allow customers to cut other customers in line?

I’ll give them this they were decently busy and only had one espresso machine working but had a ton of employees working and felt they could have been helping each other out. I finally got my drink after about 20 min wait and I already left then tried my drink and Ive gotten the drink before from other stores but this store just is terrible at making drinks I mean anytime I go here the drinks are way sweeter then any other store. And when the drink doesn’t taste right I can never get anyone’s attention to ever fix it or even offer a new drink they just look at you like they are judging you and then turn away and I’ve seen people just standing around doing nothing lots of the time don’t know if I’ll ever go to this Starbucks again.

Went to the drive thru this morning and girl that was running the window and passing beverage was in so much rush. Coffee spilt on me when handing me the cup.Just slow down. Had to go change over my entire suit……….
