VERY UNRELIABLE!! Please be careful while using their service. I had dropped off my overcoat for dry cleaning on Monday morning (& had confirmed with them at dropoff if they will be able to do it in time) I was given a receipt that said pickup Wednesday at 4pm & now Ive just walked out of the store EXTREMELY disappointed. I fly to New York tomorrow at 6am(Thursday) & now I am out of luck to even get it done somewhere else. The worst is that I had called the store twice during the day today to advise I will be running late for my pickup (got here at 530) & no one checked if the product was actually even ready! I drove 30 mins to take a dirty jacket back without anything done.. what a waste of time!

The service is expensive to start. $80 for two suits.I originally submitted them my two articles, on nice wood and metal hangars and packed away / covered in a designer protective bags from the Baie.When the two suits were collected and paid for, I realized that they replaced my expensive hangars with cheap plastic hangars & my blue protective bags were gone.No one could assist

I ruined my winter jacket by washing ot. I contacted them and they were able to fix it and get it back to looking bran new. They are very fast and friendly. ... highly recommend them.

Went there a few years ago and had a kinda ok experience, ended up trying the place again last week and I'll definitely be back. Pretty sure there's a new owner now but anyway, really happy to know I can drop my shirts here because its so close to me. Cheers!!

What a positive experience! I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved here. My dress came out as white as the day I bought it. There were some stains i was worried wouldn’t come out, but was very pleased with the results. So pleased that I also brought my winter coat which badly needed a cleaning. That too came out looking fresh and new.

Had my down soia and kyo winter coat drycleaned/winterized it came out looking as good as new and it smelled great. they did a great job on the the fur" part too. Would go back for sure."

Would give 0 stars if I could! Every issue in the reviews is accurate - they charge for repairs that they don't actually do, they're rude to their customers (and to each other, so I guess that's normal for them?), and they lose things.They lost a blouse and couldn't care less. After 3 months of my chasing them for news about my shirt, or a reimbursement (including a few complaints sent to head office), they magically found it. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up - not only did they try to charge me for it, after all that, the shirt hadn't even been cleaned! I went to them far longer than I should have because they're convenient, but I'm never going back to Daoust - it's worth going well out of your way to avoid these guys.

Nice staff. Dropped off my coat and it was ready within the given time. Nice eco-friendly option for dry cleaning. I personally value that and don’t mind paying a bit more to ensure process is more Earth-mindful. Some lint left behind, but nothing I can’t fix myself ☺️

Got my winter coat cleaned here. They weren't able to remove certain stains from it but was told they were able to (kinda disappointing). Also, my pockets were still dirty. Overall, it was ok. I just would've preferred a better attention to detail.

UPDATE a very nice lady reached out to me and said her employee didn't show up. Great service..Its 9h45 I'm here to pick up my multiple suits I dropped off for a wedding today .... Its closed and no one inside whereas the website AND the sign on the store says it should be open at 9h00.. If the owner sees this please message me immediately. I need the suits for 12...
