My girlfriend and I stayed at one of the cottages for 3 nights in August 2021. We had such a great stay, and enjoyed chatting with the owners. The cottage was very clean, and well equipped with dishes, fridge, freezer, TV, and even a barbecue on the deck! Highly recommended staying at River Trail Cottages. We will definitely be back again!It is a perfect location for being close to practically everything around the Cabot Trail.

Been coming here for a few winters for some great local snowmobiling fun. Owners seem very charming and helpful, trails right out the back and away you go. You can really find it all at river trail cottages

If you appreciate peaceful settings, lots of privacy, short distances to various attractions and spectacular scenery, then this is the place for you! Cottages are well maintained and supplied, and Carol is a wonderful hostess. We spent 8 days there and enjoyed our time immensely.Wilma & Daryl

The Hart's are great people. The cottages are very well maintained and very clean. Great location for our dog and good access to the Margaree River and surrounding area.

You could not find a better place to stay. Carol and Edsel are two of the nicest people you could find anywhere. Quiet with beautiful scenery. Very clean and comfortable cabins. A must place to stay if you are looking for a piece of heaven.
