Queen and Bay shoe repair
I've had this purse for 3 years and definitely got my use out of it. This is one of my favourite purses. The handle detached from one of the sides and broke off. I brought it in and Hafeez helped me with a recommendation on how to fix it. It looks seamless.It was fast and really great service for the price.100% bringing in my items here again.

The owner (Hafiz) is a stand up guy. You can tell he actually loves his work and loves shoes. I have a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes in walnut color that were starting to get dirty. He polished them and glass shined the base. Furthermore he uses the good stuff (Saphir polish not some cheesy moneys worth best nonsense) Excellent work shoes look better than when i bought em. He's not interested in upselling you and gives you honest shoe care advice. Will return here for sure when i need a polish and eventually for a sole replacement

Excellent customer service and the quality of his work! I brought three pairs of shoes here for repair and sole protection. I got a detailed consultation from him before leaving my lovely shoes there for him to do his job. He tried as hard and fast as he can so the shoes can be ready for pick up. I was very satisfied by how the product turned out. He even cleaned the shoes and made sure they were in good shapes before returning to me. Highly recommended, especially you have designer or leather shoes!! My go-to place when it comes to shoes.

Hafiz did an excellent job with fixing soles for my 3 year old shoes and returned them in excels shape, cleaned and polished.He has definitely a talent. Highly recommended!

An absolute master at his craft... a true cobbler and a truly great guy who will repair your shoes to the best of his abilities... he will do so for you in a timely matter, for an amazing price and will leave you with your shoes/boots/footwear of all kinds... in brand new perfect shape with a smile on his face! I recently got new heals put on a pair of my Blundstone Boots that I had walked none stop in for a long time... he fixed them perfectly and cleaned them amazingly, all for a great price. I certainly wouldn’t (and won’t) take any of my footwear anywhere else. Thanks again man!!

Easily the best shoe repair in Downtown Toronto. Use to have a great place for this service in Kensington and been searching since. I really shopped around and after I got a couple of shoes repaired today, hands down the best. Made my shoes look brand new again. Thank you!!

Highly recommend seeing Bayat for all your Luxury shoe repair needs. I ended up stepping into mud in my light grey suede shoes that looked like it would permanently stain. They were able to get it out and make it look completely brand new and I’m so grateful! What’s more is they also added rubber soles to the bottom to protect and get better grip! Thank you!!!!
