The ladies working at the Boutique were all very knowledgeable helpful lots of inventory and new the work very well, I would refer this place to every one i know that would be interested in Renting. Wonderful

It was an emergency need, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, I returned the dress the next day! Normally you need to reserve.Awesome service, clean beautiful dress on which I received many compliments… they take care of dry cleaning.

I was looking for a dress of a specific colour that I had a hard time buying in stores. I booked an appointment at LPRN and was able to find the perfect dress for the event. I definitely want to go back for future events. There is a fee to make the appointment but it’s worth it!

I booked an appointment to find a dress for a party I had a few days ago, and I was so pleased with the service I received. I was welcomed into the store and guided by my stylist throughout the whole 1 hour fitting session. She pulled out pieces that were very in line with what I had told her that I liked and wanted for the event. From A to Z they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I truly recommend renting a dress here! Definitely will be coming back for the holidays :)

I don't know where to begin. If you want to learn about horrible customer service then this place is the right one for you. I'm deeply concerned about the lack of seriousness and professionalism of this place. I hated every single part of my experience and here's why. My boyfriend and I booked an appointment there in order to find a dress for a special occasion. When we realized we couldn't make it on time which is 15 minutes late, we called to let them know. We asked if it ok to be late, they said it's better to book another appointment. So we did. When we arrived, a customer was arguing with an employee because she was charged twice 17$ for an appointment she hasn't attended (which is the fee to book an appointment there). She was told she will get a refund. In the meantime, I was waiting for someone to come and welcome me or to talk to me cause I came on time. They told me to wait for the person who's supposed to help me. The reason why we have to book is because an employee is supposed to be with us for an hour to help us find a dress. I had 1 hour to find a dress and time was flying and still no sign of the person who's supposed to help me, so I decided to go check the dresses to get an idea. Finally a girl came to help me pick dresses. I went to try them on, and she dissapeared again so I had my boyfriend helped me zip and unzip the dresses. Meanwhile there was another customer next to me with the person who's helping her and didn't leave her like mine did. My boyfriend was very upset cause why are we paying you if you're not helping us ? And what if he wasn't with me that day? Anyway so she helped us for 15 minutes in total. I had a dress on and another employee (a guy) told me to decide which dress I wanted and to take off the dress I had on because my hour is finished and that they need the cabin. I asked him where's the girl who was helping me" he said she's with another customer. I looked in front and there she is

What a great idea, great experience and overall one-stop solution to finding the right dress for events. I tried purchasing dresses from revolve and other shops online and ended up with fit issues, needing to tailor dresses, shipping delays. With la petite robe noir I found a dress in a day, didn’t need to buy a dress i’ll likely never wear again and felt great on my birthday. Thank you girls!

I rented a dress this September for a wedding and could not have been happier!Do note that you need to pay a fix fee for the visit whether you''ll rent a dress or not. once you are aware of this, the system is well thought off. I found they had a lot of dresses to choose from, different styles that I got to try in an hour or so(much more time efficient than shopping in stores)!You get great service, easy process and a show-stopper of a dress:)
