Agree with other ratings; very rude women . Customer service was awful , they don't greet you with eye contact or even speak to you. Tge prices are atrocious $2.25 for ONE plain black ink plain paper print out of a form I emailed while I was in the store. They arent even open on Saturdays . Just awful uncomfortable service . They now go by Radiant Graphics but the only change is the name . Same awful prices , unfriendly / rude women , stupid hours . I will never go back . They aren't helpful or polite . Save your $2 and go to the library or one of the other places that IS open regular business hours ! 2 thumbs down !

Product is o.k. and prices are o.k. but the service is horrific. The 2 ladies in there are devoid of any sort of personality and make you feel awkward and unwelcome! I felt like I was annoying them with my presence.

Theresa has always been an absolute pro. They may not great you like a Texas politician or an Amway salesman, but they are polite and courteous and do a great job. Not everyone is a gushing prom queen. Get over it

I got business cards from here, and unfortunatley they were nothing what I expected. Firstly, unbelievably low quality paper...a raindrop got on one and it instantly made the paper soggy. Secondly, the cut was uneven on every card. Third, the business card was printed black and I could see the white fill from the front of the card from when it was cut. When I brought the issue up with the person at the store when I went to purchase my cards (by the way, extremely overpriced at 40.00 for 50 cards), I told her I was unhappy with them and they were not as I expected. She silenced me with a, that's just how we do things here..." and let me pay them my money. I will never go back to this business in my life and I suggest if someone wants to go here

Teresa and her team always provide great service. They are professional, flexible and have a fantastic turn around time. They are always willing to work with my unique printing needs and help me to create beautiful products!

I don't normally complain about things but I really feel like the community should know what they are getting into before they go to Coast Copy.First, the customer service. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I will say they replied to my emails in a timely matter but that was the only positive thing. I walked in the shop and the lady at the desk looked at me and continued working on whatever she was doing. There was two ladies there and neither one of them offered a hello" or "be with you in a minute". NOTHING. Until I got really awkward and finally announced I was there to pick up an order. I tried to lighten the mood and make conversation and was ignored. Not a smile

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE. She was kind to the white lady in front of me, but once I came up to the counter her entire face got dark and she was not happy. I tried to be nice and courteous and was met with silence. I asked to have 2 images put on 1 sheet and she said that cannot be done WHICH IS A LIE. Every printing place I have gone to in the Vancouver and Gibsons area has done that easily in the print screen option. It takes 30 seconds. She lied straight to my face and said nope

This was a horrible experience! The owner was rude to me & not wearing a mask. I asked why she wasnt wearing a mask & she said because she is not in touch with many people. Terrible customer service. The Sechelt community deserves better

Radient Graphics goes above and beyond to print final projects for my grade 12 students. They are generous and professional and my classes are always thrilled to see a beautiful finished product. Thanks again Teresa and team!

Iffy service first visit was aweful I was just looking for printer paper but some lady there assumed right away I was just looking for a single sheet huh!?! She was very rude and in a very snoby tone said we don't sell single sheets. I just shook my head and walked out. Second visit I wanted one of my artwork paintings enlarged came out nice but was miss informed about standard size so now I have a 24 × 18 poster that will be difficult to frame unless done professionally which I can't afford. Won't be going back. The vibe there is very negative as well .. Kinda weird
