So accommodating, super friendly, easy to book. Gave lots of information, great prices and just really awesome people.

My girls were very comfortable there and seemed in great spirits when I picked them up. I will definitely recommend mackenzie kennels to everyone and have my dogs stay there again.

Randy and Staff are exceptional caretakers of both large and small animals. They is not only an exceptional caretakers but knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and devoted.Kennels are spacious and clean.Flexible in case something comes up like delayed flights or last-minute plans.Seeing Lakota's excitement when bringing him to MacKenzie Boarding Kennels says it all.Millions of Thank You's!!!

Not happy what's so ever with the kennel. 0/10 would not recommend. You're better off asking a homeless person to watch your dog than trusting this kennel.

Randy and Michael and everyone have been so good to our two little guys... okay not so little. They spend so much extra time with them making their time away from home so comfortable. I think at times they don’t want to leave. I know Michael doesn’t want to see Hank go.... lol. They give us quality service and extra time on teaching us how to handle them at home... especially our new member of the family...Bear!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And if people are out there looking for a kennel to use. These guys are the best!!!

I am overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness shown to me by Randy with Mackenzie Kennels.I lived in Fort McMurray during the fires, and today live in the North Okanagan and am currently evacuated. After being in a hotel room for 10 days with our family of 4 and our Great Dane, we wanted to put him in a kennel for a few days so we could get out and do some family things to alleviate the kid's PTSD and stress.Unfortunately I did not have good luck with another kennel in town due to the fact that I did not have my dog's vet records and was unable to get them as my independent travelling vet was on holidays during this time. Randy showed me kindness and compassion during an extremely stressful time, bending his own rules to accommodate us, and then refused to accept any sort of payment for 4 nights stay.My pup came home happy and tired! I will forever be grateful. When I told people about this experience, they were not surprised! I had so many people tell me amazing things about Mackenzie Kennels! Next time we visit, we'll be coming back for sure! Thank you Randy!

Randy runs a great kennel. I am happy knowing the dog is safe and looked after whilst I am away.
