The best real estate experience I have ever had! What a great experience with Sean Wilkinson and the Red Real Estate team. Sean's advice was excellent and their use of technology was spectacular. Even the back and forth documents were streamlined using online tools which was a huge time saver. They had our listing up in record time and, at a very slow time of year, we had numerous showings on day one due to their marketing reach. While we expected to sell in about 60 days, we received an acceptable offer with a quick closing date that worked well for us within the first 4 days of listing. Incredible. Everything about this team is incredible. I’ve worked with Sean for quite a few years on 2 purchases and 2 sales and am now working on a third purchase. I had the opportunity to work with Craig and now Erika as well. They are all amazing, not pushy, very friendly, personal, want to get you into the right home and not just push you into any house after only seeing a few.
